AJ and Ed, you guys are awesome. You are prompt, quick and very skillful. Yours works are wonderful.
AJ and Ed were both great and worked efficiently together. AJ explained everything in detail to me after the installation and was thorough with making sure I had no more questions before they left. They even clean my garage making sure that everything clean before they left. Great customer service! I am very appreciated.

Professional, On-Time and Friendly. Unclogged kitchen drain, fixed leaking toilet, serviced tankless water heater and replaced value in sprinkler system. Basically fixed all my water leaks and got water flowing. I was very pleased. Due to their superior service, I plan to use them when I need HVAC serviced.

I had a clogged toilet and I called Mac's plumbing. They were wonderful on the phone and timely. The technician Tommy was wonderful and he worked hard.

Steve (the owner) is a man you can trust. We have only used him a couple of times when we experienced an emergency on Friday - the water main to the house was damaged. We had to shut it down until it can be repaired and had no water to the house. Steve took part of his Saturday off to come and set up a back-up hose from the meter (bypassing the broken line) to the house. It's hard to find a contractor like him.

My AC went out on a Sunday I called Mac's and got the answering service. A lady called me back in 5 min. I asked if I could schedule someone to come out tomorrow she said she would put us on the list to call and get on Monday schedule. Monday came and by 8:30am a tech was at my house. AJ was so kind and explained everything to me. Now I have to say Mac's was the third company I had out. The tech found wires that were burnt and a piece of something that was burnt up. I was shocked and so thankful at the same time. AJ fixed everything and I was up and running and today has been great and my house is cool again. I will be calling these guys in the future especially after I learned that they do everything. I had a hole in my wall from a fall and I have another one of there guys coming back to fix it for me!

Came out right away got water shut off and gave reasonable estimate. Showed up to do work on time and kept work within quote. Other company looked at job for 5mins and gave a crazy estimate. Charged me $85 and didn't even try to get water shut off.

Tommy Day, did a wonderful job. Kept me informed every step of the way of what he was doing to repair the plumbing job. Very nice young man. Did a great job.
