Nice young man came and gave me a estimate with paying $89 for a visit. Could be a nice company but, estimate was much higher than I expected. I ended up hire another company and paied 1/5 of price what I got estimate from Mac's.

Wow! I don't think I have had a repair/replacement go so quickly. We decided to get a new hot water heater (changing from gas to electric - SMUD rebate FYI) and we were impressed with Steve and his honest and professional opinion and presentation. We were able to get our hot water heater replaced within days and the technicians were great. Very professional and kind, clean cut, courteous...you know..those things that aren't always present in service today. They did forget something (but then, who doesn't you know?) and I had some questions and Steve called me back after hours on a Thursday night :) They handled the issues with a smile and quick service. The office coordinator was probably one of the most friendly and competent people I have spoken with in quite a while. So...thank you to all of you for taking pride in your job and doing your best. I would highly recommend Mac's Plumbing Heating and Air!

We had issues with our shower faucet so we contacted Mac's Plumbing since they were close and we needed a quick repair. Wayne and his team were great! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He fixed our issue with an quick part swap, which luckily he had handy. Now the shower works as good as new.

Steve came out and gave me the best estimate on repairing my sewer line. It was clogged with tree roots. His techs,Steve and Andreas, are so hardworking and cheerful! Really great guys. They had to dig 5 feet down into the hard clay soil. They found the pipe,replaced it and when they were finished, it was pristine! I highly recommend Mac's for any issues you may have. Tommy came out and was friendly, courteous, and very informative. Our toilet is 15 years old and while it would have been easy to tell us to get a new one, he did his best to make it work. W ended up ordering a new toilet but the experience and expertise of Mac’s Plumbing Heating & Air was refreshing.

This past week I had a very positive experience with Mac's Plumbing in Elk Grove regarding scheduling a water heater replacement that was part of SMUD rebate program. The professional conduct started with Kristyn through several phone conversations and e-mails. Earlier today, I was very fortunate to have their service technician, Edward, who truly was a professional at his craft while be very informative on the new heat pump water heater he was installing. In these times, it seems as if service companies give you upfront lip service on their legendary customer service but fall way short in the end. Not this company! Their price was competitive, but the final results was more than I expected. Thank you!

Mac's plumbing was great. They were quick, efficient, and great communication. Their tech Tommy Day came out and he was very polite personable, explaines everything in great detail. A great representation for the company. From the receptionist to the tech they were great and I would highly recommend Mac's plumbing heating and air

I regret i used this company. I wish i didn't. The Brand new AC i installed has been leaking for weeks already, starting right after it is installed. I called, emailed and texted this company many times, but they don't care. After very long wait they show up still they didn't fix the issue, they came up with so many reasons, to cover their weaknesses. They charged me a lot. I have contacted the management No one does anything to address the issue after i paid over $15,000. For sure you will regret it. I definitely don't recommend it.

The technician Tommy was friendly, knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed our plumbing problems very fast. He also abideed with the Covid 19 regulaions. Mac's Plumbings rates are very reasonable and they don't try to gouge us senior citizens.
I would recommend Mac's Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing, heating or air conditioning services.
On Friday, Steve came and installed a new water heater and shutoff valves on 3 of our faucets. He too was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything so we understood what he was going to do.
From now on all of our plumbing, heating or a/c needs will be done by MAC'S PLUMBING.

I have never needed a plumber before, however, when my somewhat new toilet would no longer flush properly, my husband was away on business, and I needed to get ready for work, I needed someone fast. I called Mac's Plumbing, left a message at 5:30 a.m. and received a call back from Mac's shortly after 7:00 a.m. saying their man, Steve, was on his way to another work site that was very close-by and would be happy to stop by on his way. Those words were music to my ears, it has been some time since I have dealt with a company that truly understands what 'Good Customer Service' means. Steve found the problem, and was able to get it fixed for me!! I am now a loyal customer and will not hesitate to recommend Mac's Plumbing Service to anyone. Thank you, Mac's!
