Mac's plumbing was on time. I was really impressed with the picture sent before tech arrived so I knew who was coming to my house. The tech Tommy Day was on time polite wore his booties the whole time was in house. I would highly recommend Mac's plumbing they do great work.

Tommy was great! Super personable and did great work. He stopped by in the evening on his way home, which was truly appreciated. We had a leaky shower that he fixed for us as well as took the extra effort to snake our kitchen sink that wasn’t clearing on first take.

We used Mac’s to fix my shower. Jacob was excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Reasonable pricing too. I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future if needed.

My kitchen sink backed up on Sunday to the point where I couldn't use it, so I knew I needed to get a plumber out right away. Monday morning at 8:30AM I called Bonney, and was routed to a call center where they said I would have a technician call me back to schedule something. By 11:00AM I still hadn't heard from them, so I called Mac's because they had good reviews. Kristyn who answered the phone was courteous and professional, booked me an appointment on the spot, and text me a bio of the technician that would be showing up ant my home. They also sent me a follow up text when the tech was on their way to my house. The technician (Steve) was at my house by 2:00PM, and had the sink fixed in less than 30 minutes. Steve was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He answered all of my questions, was dressed professional, and made a point to wear booties on his shoes the whole time he was in my house. I will definitely refer Mac's, and use them again in the future. Excellent service and reasonable prices! (I still haven't heart from Bonney, and it it 2 days later, sad.)

The technician Mac's Plumbing sent to my house to help with my kitchen sink and dishwasher, Tommy Day, was amazing. I had a tricky problem which required a little extra fanagaling (he had to move my stove to pull the dishwasher out) and he problem solved and made it happen. I will definitely call Mac's Plumbing next time I am in need.

I have never had such great service from any other company then I had with Mac's Plumbing and Heating. In the office, Christen, to the field, Tommy, Wayne and Phillip. I felt they all went an extra mile. They managed to make my home a day before was promised and unplugging my toilet, to finding the reason it happens so often. This is something other Companies have never done.
