I needed Hassler to disconnect a coolant line running to our A/C compressor so that our seismic retrofit contractor could open up a wall for bracing and bolting. Hassler, who installed our HVAC system 3 years ago, was responsive, prompt, efficient and economical. I recommend them without reservation to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.

My furnace stopped in the coldest week of the year. The first place I called said they could be by in about five days. Hassler said they could be there the next day. Steve from Hassler got my furnace working again in less than an hour and it didn't take any new parts. He also pointed out problems with the filter box (from the 80s?) and suggested an economical repair. He also replaced the batteries in my thermostat which was starting to be intermittent. Steve took the time to explain why he was doing various tests and some maintenance items I could take care of myself. I'm very satisfied with the service and plan to have them do further work soon.

Once again-perfect! Not only great installs, but this service call was very good. PG&E pilot light services caused damage. Hassler made it work great again. Now we have heat!
