Happy with experience. Everything went smoothly and pricing was very reasonable compared to the competition. Additionally I went to Nextdoor and they were recommended by folks in my neighborhood. Happy customer.

Hassler's team did a great job replacing our 45 year-old heating system - with new ducts, a zoned system and Air Conditioning. It was a big job, and it was done well. We are glad we picked them over the other (lower) bid we had - as they did everything right!

Update on my previous review: I was contacted directly by Tim Hassler, owner of this company and he apologized for not providing a satisfactory service the first time. He reimbursed me the cost of the enery audit, recommended a reputable company to work on my windows, and followed up with me after to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate Mr. Hassler's honesty and effort to make me a happy customer. I would contact Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning in the future if the need arose.

Previous review: I had an energy audit done by Hassler on the house because it is very drafty and cold in the winter. I suspected that there was a possibilty we would need to change/repair entry doors and replace windows, but wanted to get a professional assessment. Instead, we got a report that covered the furnace and insulation in full detail, but not a word about windows and doors. The furnace is less than 10 years old and working just fine, although it may not be the most energy efficient given new technology. I brough it to their attention and did get a referral to another company that works on windows. After a few calls back and forth, I was never able to get an estimate from the windows company. I called the company a month ago, and the contact person never responded. The bottom line is that I spent $400 on an energy audit and do not have anything to show show for the money. I feel that Hassler was only interested in selling me their products and services.There was never any followup from them at all. I would not recommend this company to perform energy audits. I got their name and contact information from the PG&E website.

This is a top-notch company!
They replaced a furnace and added a a/c unit in a rental property for us.
Always on-time and everything was clean when they left for the day.
All the workers were professional and polite.
Great communication throughout the process and very fairly priced.
I would hire them again without hesitation!

My experience with Hassler was very positive. Throughout the process the staff was very professional, listened to my concerns, kept me informed, and saw to it that all work was completed as scheduled. I was very comforortabe with them working in my house and they were very good about cleaning up after themselves. Had an air quality test done at our home. We keep a very tidy house but we were suffering from allergies and headaches. Hassler's recommendation's have completely changed our experience while we are at home. Allergies gone. Headaches gone. Comfort finally present. Their customer service is A +!!!

I very much recommend these folks. I had a very peculiar and intermittent problem that I had worked on for a month and tried several parts replacements. They sent out a fellow named Mike and he listened carefully and looked at the system then made one small change without adding a part and it is fixed. He was very considerate, observant and alert! My wife is very happy to have early morning heat.

Hassler Heating and AC really pulled through for me. I'm a landlord and my tenant reported that the HVAC system went completely out right during the hottest week of the year. Hassler Heating and AC was very responsive and understood my sense of urgency to respond to my tenant quickly. My tenant reported that they were very happy and that the HVAC techs who came were very courteous and professional. They had it fixed lickety-slip and saved me a lot of headache. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My landlord hired these guys to repair my central A/C unit. They showed up on time, and called a half hour ahead to confirm. They figured out the problem, contacted my landlord to get approval for the repair, and had us up and running with nice cold air in about a half hour or so. It turned out to be a faulty capacitor, which they replaced with a part they had on hand in their van. Very pleased with their service on my end as a tenant, and I would highly recommend them.
