Our AC was not properly functioning and we placed a call to Hassler. It was easy to book an appointment and nice to be able to receive confirmation and reminders via email. A technician came and assessed the situation and gave us a repair estimate. Ultimately we did not end up using Hassler for the repair and we chose to go with another company with a lower price point.

Hassler installed our furnace and some mini-splits some years ago. They did a great job, and we couldn't have been more impressed with their people. They know their stuff, and they're a pleasure to deal with. A team had to come by today to sort out an issue, and they were just as knowledgeable and pleasant as ever. Highest marks!

I couldn't have been more satisfied with Hassler. The technician listened to my account of the symptoms of furnace producing heat intermittently & unreliable. He looked at both thermostats, then went into the attic. He found an error code displayed; the gas pressure had tripped a setting because it had gotten too high. He lowered the pressure and reset the system. He also found that both cold air return filters were filthy and advised me to change them every 3 months. This was all done within 30 minutes. He was highly knowledgeable & professional. He was also training another technician. My neighbor recommended Hassler, and I now know why.

The service technician was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our fairly new furnace by Hassler and was pleasant and professional. He gave us a written detailed description (ie., measured values and benchmarks) of the level of wear and tear of our equipment and an itemized list of all the services he completed. This level of detail is so important and is valuable to keep on file should an issue arise in the future. Great job; highly recommend.

We had our HVAC melt down. Lyes was able to make time for us at the end of a very long day, diagnose the problem, and install the appropriate part quickly and professionally. He had clear, workable suggestions for making sure this doesn’t happen again, and did a great job explaining our options for installing a new thermostat as well. Would definitely call Hassler, and Lyes, again.

Technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and remedied issues with my wall unit gas heater in no time. Stuck around to test it and make sure everything was working properly. I will start using them for my central heat and air unit in the main house as well.

Hassler’s team from sales visit to final permit was very professional, friendly, timely, efficient and cost effective. After a month of using the heat pump system we are very happy with the system performance!

Hassler's tech (Bent) came within the appointment window. He was very friendly and professional and able to complete the repair to our heater in less than an hour. New gas valve was expensive, but he checked our warranty (expired) and did all he could. Thanks!

Consultation....The serviceman was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about my heating system and made excellent suggestions on ways to approach my issue. I will definitely share with anyone who is looking for a heating/Air conditioning business.
