I requested quotes from 3 companies including West Coast to replace and move location of a heat pump. The other two were on time for the consultation, very professional as was Mike from West Coast that sent me an email the next day with 2 quotes as we had discussed. I had to call the other 2 and ask about my estimate. Of course I went with West Coast, better service, better price and they did an amazing job. The crew was professional, respectful and knowledgeable and left the place clean. Very happy. Good Job Tony and crew!! I Highly recommend West Coast.

So Mike Anderson came out to my house and gave us an estimate about two years ago, he suggested us to replace the whole system, but back then we did not have the money so we went thru the bandage fixed, after 2 years, $2000 for the fixing plus all the headache, I called Mike, and he was very nice that after 2 years he still have my estimate on his file, and I know that everything went up since then, but he was still charging me the same price as he quoted for me 2 years ago.
so September 8, 9, and 10th, 2020. as I am written this review, they just finished the installation at my house, I called them the "Glenn" team, they just left my house about half an hour ago. they are the best team, they all very professional and they are very good with their job. thank you West Coast. These guys are the best! Stop looking and call them today. Rocky came out to my house provided the best valve for my HVAC with Ducts replacement. Excellent financing options. Friendly, Clean and On time installation. What more could you ask for!

In short, I could not say enough positive things about West Coast Heating, Air Conditioning and Solar. I, as a not technical expert, have to make judgements off of intangibles, such as accountability, honestry/transparency, problem solving skills, and customer service. West coast certainly gets a 5/5 accross the board. Tony B. and Sean from West Coast came to my rescue after 6 months of trouble with a home warranty company. Prior to Tony and Sean's visit, my HVAC system had failed and my home warranty company had sent out three other aweful contractors that not only we unable to diagnose or solve the problem, but had each caused futher damage to the system. A nighmare. Then I called West Coast (thank goodness). Tony B. and Sean were able to BOTH diagnos and fix the multitude of damaged parts and mis-wired appliances within a late afternoon. Incredible. In addition, I could tell that Tony B. and Sean immediately took full accountability and personal interest for getting my system running. They went above and beyond to source the parts needed, acquire them ASAP, and apply all of the needed repairs and replacements. They were determined not to leave until our HVAC system was working properly and we were 100% satisfied with no further questions. They were honest and transparent about both successes and challenges during the repair process. To me, one of the strongest indicators of strong charater in a person than when a mistake is made and it is openly shared and taken ownership of. Tony was not only transparent in this regard, but also with pricing. I paid exactly what I was quoted. Lastly, the office representative that I talked to, Gabby and Charity were helpful and pleasent. They helped me get scheduled despite mu busy schedule and the appointment was adhered to with great notifications ahead of time. Needless to say, I had a imaculate experience with the West Coast team with my problem 110% resolved and I will be a long time customer and advocate of the company. I used West coast heating and air to install my air conditioner! I am so happy with service! The techs Andrew , Noor and Daniel were knowledgeable , smart, informative clean and efficient in the install. They were clean and clean up was immaculate. They went over everything with me about my unit and answered all my questions. I felt their estimate came in a a fair and reasonable price !! I was happy with all that was included in my install for my AC! Their customer service reps at their office are super responsive anc helpful also! My original estimator who came out was fair anc really evaluated my needs. So from my first call to completion the customer service was a 10 and made me feel comfortable and cared about by everyone! I am a customer for life thank you so much !

I needed to replace my home furnace do to its age and after reviewing many web sites, I called West Coast Heating and glad I did. From the estimate process to the installation, all was smooth and very professional. The new furnace installation was performed as soon as possible without delay and the installers completed the task in good time with impressive work skills. I'm very happy I chose this company and the new furnace works great. Highly recommended.

The estimate process and install was hands down the best! West Coast was recommended to me but I wanted to get 3 total estimates. West Coast was the winner in every way. Had service performed on A/C they did a great job that you can depend on !!!

Tony came out to inspect and fix our ac unit. Our drain pipe was clogged and leaking water. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain it to us, and correct it. The service was reasonably priced, he was very pleasant to work with, and he was very respectful of our request to distance. He was also gloved and masked and wore booties inside. Great service!
