Simply fantastic. Salma was very kind. Considerate. Did not sale or try to push me to buy anything I did not need. Explained how my AC worked to me in any concerns that I had.

Their goal is to fix something so you get the full life out of your appliance and not push to sell you something new to profit their business.

Gabe and his two assistants did a great job replacing our 25 year old HVAC system. They were timely, professional and friendly. Also a shout out to Sal who inspected our old HVAC system and gave us a very competitive price for our new Bryant (same company as Carrier) system. Global Heat and Air was recommended by my neighbor. Came over for an estimate a day after I inquired late on a Wednesday and performed the installation of a Williams wall furnace heating unit by noon of the following Saturday. Very professional job, took out my old unit, made sure I knew how the new one worked and made me feel comfortable following up if needed. Would highly recommend.

I called Global Heating and Air Conditioning following a direct, word of mouth recommendation from a neighbor. Sal came to help with any questions and provide a bid for the hybrid system I wanted to install. Well worth my time and efforts to research, good, honest, and helpful people. The system is amazing! Gabe and his team (Anwi, Louie, Emad, and Nowras) showed up promptly for a very large job (full removal of a 20+ year old system in a 95 year old house) to install a Hybrid (Gas/Electric) A/C and furnace and all ducting. They took the time to go over changing the whole ducting system to be more efficient and helped me navigate placement of new registers to meet our HVAC needs and respect the integrity of our unique and historic home. Several ideas and modifications later, I have a great system! After installation they went over all functions on my Nest Thermostat to accommodate the modern system. Everyone was very respectful of my space and cleaned, repaired previously damaged wall register areas, and even painted a few small areas where unavoidable work needed to be done. They even discovered an unapproved previous installation drain and explained and installed a new one that meets permitting standards for the City. Great job over all!

They helped me to install solar on my house. Their prices and job was un beatable. In only five days I got solar panels on my roof and started generating electricity. I highly recommend them.

Thank you to Global for being positive, efficient, professional, and competitive. They replaced our old furnace and ducts and also were affordable enough to allow us to add A/C, something we've needed for about 10 years now. They were able to get everything done in 2 days and we have been impressed with our new HVAC system. This is my first review through Google so that should tell you something right there.

They were able to diagnose our air conditioning problem and give us a honest and accurate report of findings which allowed us to open up an insurance claim for the resulting water damage to our home. Sal and Alexandria spent time talking to the insurance company that originally denied our claim.

Not because I don’t like the businesses I frequent, but mostly because I am not engaged
in Social Media. However, Global Heating & Air Conditioning is one such company that merits breaking through the Social Media barrier and providing a review. I needed to replace a very old AC unit at my home and requested multiple bids. I quickly narrowed the playing field down to three companies and to be honest, all three bids were extremely competitive. I had difficulty deciding at first, but after spending hours on the internet researching the units, the sizing, and also reading other reviews … I relied on the advice of several websites which said it is more about the company you contract to and less about the unit. Indeed that was the case for me as well, because the units from my three bidders were essentially the same. From the moment Sal came out to provide the initial survey and proposal, I had a gut feeling that I would be going with Global. First, the amount of professionalism displayed was superior in every way. Sal was very willing to answer my questions and discuss the job in great detail. He was very pleasant and courteous, and willing to make adjustments to suit my requests. I felt as though the rest of the Global team would be equally great to work with and that hunch paid off. When Gabe and his team (Evan and Rivan) showed up to do the job I knew from the start the installation would go well. They did a perfect job, were respectful of my home, and cleaned everything carefully before they left. There was no trace that I had a work crew on site, because they did such a beautiful and clean job. Especially with my new duct work! The next day I passed the inspection with flying colors. I am so happy to have my new (and super quiet) AC unit, just in time for hot weather. I am so glad I selected Global Heating and Air Conditioning to do the job. I will be using them in the future for all AC and Heating needs!

On 6/26/2020, Sal and his team installed two mini split units in my beach condo. Sal is patient and responsive to my HOA requirements. His team members are friendly, polite and they clean up after their work - no mess left behind. I am 100%+ satisfied with Global Heating and Air Conditioning and highly recommend to everyone. Trusting any company is important. That trust recently got betrayed by Global Heating and air. Needed two parts replaced in my forced air heater unit. Actual cost of parts was under $130.00. There billing was $600.00. The job took under 45 min. I have been a builder in San Diego for 45 years and was deeply disappointed in seeing these excessive markups for the sake of profit. When people come into your home, You have to trust what their saying to be honest and trust in what they do. Sad to see this type of behavior. "Could not recommend this company to my friends or other builders."
