one night , my AC stop working, i called them and left a voice mail , then they called me back on the next day to come and fix the issue ate the same day , very affordable and friendly guys , thank you Sal and the Team

Our a/c unit went out a couple of days before extreme heat wave, I messaged them and they responded with in 30 mins. They showed up the next day on time and had our unit running in no time, tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely will use this company again.

Let's get this straight people. As a retired real estate developer I have seeen the best and the worst of contractors. Seriously, Sal and his crew take excellence to another level or I wouldn't be writing this. Forget about a five star rating. There aren't enough stars in the universe to describe Global's level of skills, service and professionalism. My only regret is that I wish I knew them before I retired.

Sam, Sal, and the entire team at Global are amazing! We are so glad we went with them for our Solar & HVAC system! They were professional the entire time. And their expert level knowledge and expertise were a blessing! We will recommend them to all of our friends and family for the years to come.

Salam Dawood came out and was the most professional service technician. Repaired my AC before the heat of the summer sets in. I used Global a few years back when a big hvac company tried to sell me a new system rather than repair my unit. These guys are honest and professional.

Called Global Heating & Air Conditioning due to a foul smell coming through our AC system. The recent heat wave really exacerbated the issue which wasn’t as noticeable earlier because it wasn’t hot enough for the AC to run.

Salam came by and immediately smelled the issue and began his triage process. He narrowed down potential sources of the issue and then further narrowed down the location of the issue due to his understanding of HVAC systems. He then asked me about any recent construction work, which low and behold turned out to be the source of the issue. I had uncapped a drain pipe during a recent sink installation, ran out of time to complete the install, and left the drain pipe uncapped. Of course this happens to be right next to the system returns, so I was basically pumping smell from the sewage lines through our AC system. He capped the pipe off with tape and 5 minutes later the smell was gone.

I felt like a dunce but ultimately much better to have a pro that knows what they’re doing do their thing than me guessing at it.

Salam was courteous and knowledgeable. Treated it like a service call since he ultimately didn’t need to make any changes or repairs to the system itself. I will definitely use him in the future.

Global has done everything for us. New A/C, new furnace and duct work. They have shown up for us when we have had issues that we thought were big problems (and they turned out not to be.) They always respond quickly and make us feel well taken care of. We are so happy to have found them. It’s the same feeling you get when you find an auto mechanic, or doctor you love. Global installed all new heating and air for us 16 months ago. Today, Adam came out to troubleshoot a minor AC issue. He was everything anyone could want in a repair tech: on time, knowledgeable, courteous, communicative, and fast. And that also applies to everyone I've ever dealt with from Global. Global is a top notch company, and we'll never use anyone else.
