I got three bids & Global's was the lowest and almost half of the highest, which made me a bit leary. It turned out that they exceeded my expectations on every front. The communicated, were very careful to minimize dust when replacing five attic ducts. They also found & installed an AirScrubber. They showed up on time and were very professional. I'll use them again.

Had a great experience with this company. They responded to my request for a quote within a day and had a technician over 3 days after. We’ve never had central air and because our home is much older, I knew the duct work had to be replaced. The price was right and service was exceptional. It only took them a day to install. I would definitely recommend Global Heating & Air to friends and family.

My family and received a number of quotes to replace our A/C unit, furnace and thermostat. The competitors were extremely higher priced than Global Heating & Air. When we did proceed wi to Global, they gave us an appointment within days. The installation was all done in 1 day. They did such a fantastic, clean job. They were helpful in helping me setup my thermostat on my Wi-Fi and phone. The owner spent the entire day with his team during the installation. I’m super happy with the work and equipment. We went with a Bryant and am thrilled at the great price we got. I already recommended Global to my neighbors and family.

I found this company by Google and Yelp reviews last year and have used their service twice. Salam is the service technician coming to my house both times. He is a honest and reliable person. Thanks Salam!

Alex was so nice and professional! He arrived within the time frame and was incredibly friendly helpful and professional. I had not used this company before, and our ac went out. Alex came out and located our fuse was out, replaced it and then went and tested all the vents in the house to make sure each room was working. I can highly recommend them and Alex! We will only be using them going forward.

Last year, after having awful issues with service company that installed the wrong type of A/C system at our water adjacent condo - Global identified that we didn't have the right coated coil on our unit. We did get that company to replace it with the correct type - but this year when it came time to have the annual check up on our A/C and furnace - - we definitely called Global back out.

We will always use Global from this point forward!! They took pictures of the unit (which is up on the roof) to show us what they did and so we could see the true condition of the unit. They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. We trust them!

We got a full inspection on our HVAC, duct/vent and thermostat. We will definitely do business with Adam and this company again when we need it.

I called Global to replace two old thermostats in our home. The rep I texted on Yelp said a tech was available the next day which was much sooner than expected! Sam came out and replaced our two thermostats quickly and easily and showed me how to use them. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. If we ever need any HVAC related services again I will contact global and ask for Sam! I highly recommend their services.

Generally I’m not one to post a review and when I post it’s usually to vent my frustrations. Global heating and air conditioning was great and responding to my needs. They were able to sent a technician and make recommendations. The parts that were ordered were OEM to the brand of the unit. The made the repairs and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Extremely reasonable and professional. I would recommend them to any one looking for great HVAC service

Sam and Adam both went above and beyond for us in the worst heat wave of the year, coming after business hours and driving to pick up a part and paid out of pocket after it didn’t get delivered on time. He also fully serviced our unit and gave us a reusable filter. He was professional, PATIENT and kind. Thank you Adam! Sam stayed after hours waiting to get us ANOTHER part and then came back ASAP and fixed the unit. Thank you Sam!!
