We had a long standing problem with our Carrier AC system that the installer was unable to identify or repair even after replacing the thermostat and the compressor. Airmaxx was able to quickly and correctly diagnose and repair the system quickly and thoroughly. The technician (Art) was on time, polite and efficient. He zeroed in on the problem almost immediately and explained everything he was doing. Very professional. Airmaxx will be my go-to company for any HVAC issues in the future.

Had a new heating and AC system installed, along with new ducts in the attic, before the summer. Now that we've had some real heat, I can confidently state that the system is working as expected.
Our salesman was Gene Fikhman. He was exactly the type of salesperson whom I like to work with: informative, very responsive when I had questions, but never pushy, never tried to up-sell, didn't bad-mouth the competition. He really represented the company well by giving me straight talk and letting me make my own decisions about what I wanted.
Installation was fast. A team of four removed my old furnace, put in all the new furnace and air conditioner components, and replaced all the ducting in the attic in one day. All the equipment looks to be installed neat and professional.
The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5, is they made a mistake in the ductwork, causing one of the bedrooms to not get any air. Once I called and reported it, they came out and fixed it, but I would rather it have been right the first time. No matter who you go with, be sure that everything works to your satisfaction.

Owner is very responsive and great to work with. Had an issue with my A/C after they fixed it and he came same day and fixed it free of charge. Takes ownership of his work. Prior was working with a company who seemed to overcharge. His prices seem reasonable, definitely doesn’t try to oversell and make you fix things you don’t need fixed. Will continue to work with Airmaxx.

The service we received from AirMaxx was outstanding! Meeting Alex for the estimate, he was professional and patient and explained the installation leaving nothing out, so no surprises! The crew that came were professional and did an excellent job.

We're been using Airmaxx now for over ten years. They installed our new air conditioner and heater, and we are on their maintenance plan of a summer and winter checkup. Honest and straight-forward in all our communications. They never try to upset any service or product.

Outstanding! I called AirMaxx based on recommendations from several friends and I am very impressed with the company. Initially I wanted a repair on my old system, but decided it wasn't worth sinking more money into so I had them replace my entire HVAC system. All of the technicians were very professional and I the new 2-stage system is quiet and efficient. I definitely recommend them!

Had a previously installed heating unit moved from the floor and turned horizontal to be placed in the ceiling. They did a fantastic job! Arrived when they said they would and did the job in an efficient manner.

They were all very nice, easy to work with and understood exactly what we wanted.

I called Airmaxx when one of our furnaces ceased working. The gentleman came the next morning, promptly diagnosed a malfunctioning gas valve, replaced it right away, and observed the system long enough to determine that a blockage in one of the ducts had caused the temperature to rise and the valve to fail. He saw to that repair, and all was well. The cost was quite reasonable, and he did not overcharge because of our address.

It turned out that someone working in the attic in the past stepped on and cracked the inside of the duct, and did not tell us. This caused restricted the air flow and the cascade of events that led to failure of the gas valve.

Our system is 20 years old, and he explained the benefits and costs of maintaining vs. replacing furnaces. All was done very professionally, without pressure, and I intend to engage Airmaxx to replace all 4 furnaces when the time is right.

These guys are the best, having done a professional install yesterday to replace my dilapidated heat pump & AC that was on its last legs. They somehow managed to haul away all the old equipment through a very narrow opening. I wouldn’t have trusted another company. Believe me, I had at least 3 estimates from competitors including Anderson, RightTime, and Home Depot. In at least one case, the competitor had no experience doing installs but was only selling a service. In another case, I signed on for yearly maintenance but they really did very little except to install a Nest thermostat, which Airmaxx fixed the wiring on. These guys don’t give the runaround, they know what they’re doing & they do the job right. Now I have more airflow than I’ve ever had. In addition to the install, they put in new air flow registers, new filter, and brand new beautiful filter cover that’s so much nicer than the one I had. Alex is very responsive. His team arrives ready & working all the time they are on-site. When they recalibrated my Nest thermostat to work with the new system, it was so easy for them. No reconnecting to the network was even necessary. They just did it. When they did the disconnect to the old system in the attic, they knew how to shut off the breakers in order to install the new system. Everything went like clockwork. The guys were very polite, clean & tidy, and put cloths down & wore the appropriate protection. They work as a team, each one of them. My neighbor had recommended them, as did the new tenants & also the ones who had moved out when the install was done for them since they are in the military. My neighbor rents from an absentee landlord who coordinated with them. The HOA didn’t require approval but said I could put the permit on file with them if I wanted for their records. Everything was done right & all in one day. By early afternoon, the job was finished & they were sweeping up. The guys tested the new system & allowed me to do so. Also, part-way through the job, they informed me of the status & that all was going well. Exceedingly high standards & great customer service
