I recently used AirMaxx Heating & Air Conditioning's air conditioning installation services, and I am very pleased with the results. I interviewed six HVAC companies before deciding on AirMaxx, and they provided the most logical and cost-effective solution. Alex, the owner, suggested a unique solution for our home's layout, which included a ductless system for the living room and a duct system for the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. He thoroughly explained the plans and double-checked that we understood everything before scheduling the installation.

The installation crew was excellent and courteous. Despite the fact that they were working on the hottest day of the week, with temperatures in the attic reaching 150 degrees, they never complained and seemed to enjoy their work. The crew finished the job in one day, and we are very pleased with their services. Overall, I strongly advise anyone in need of HVAC services to contact AirMaxx Heating & Air Conditioning. AirMaxx was on schedule and did a terrific job inspecting, repairing, an changing the filter on my home HVAC system. Ryan, the service tech, also identified some loose insulation that was severely restricting airflow. My system is running much, much, much better now. I also never got the runaround or an upsell which has been a problem with other companies I've used in the past. AirMaxx is an honest and affordable company. Highly recommended.

I would give this business 100 stars if it were an option. I called several places as I live in El Cajon and needed my AC fixed quick, every company I called had a long wait for a consult and wanted to charge between $40-$80 for a consult. When I called Airmaxx they charged no upfront cost and they were able to squeeze me in the next day on a Saturday. The person who took my call was super sweet and professional. The person who came to give me a quote was able to come out earlier in the day than expected which was great. He was awesome! He took the time to explain to me everything about my AC unit and gave me thorough pricing to fix it. He was able to offer great rebates from the manufacturers as well. He was able to repair my unit to be able to be used for the next four days until the company came out to install a new unit. I was not going to be home so I gave the guys permission to enter my home with my door code. I trusted these guys 100%. They came and installed a new unit, gave me a great price, did an outstanding job and were extremely professional. I would recommend this company to all friends and family anytime. Service was outstanding from the beginning with the visit at home to make the proposal, the installation was very professional and the installation team was very awesome, respectful and left everything very clean.
