I called these guys after a very unsatisfactory visit by “the white gloves guys”. I originally needed an estimate on repairing my furnace which had stopped working after 20 years and discovered that “the white gloves” guys are not exactly what you were call reliable….. or trustworthy. They were very late and never did tell me exactly what was wrong with my system. Instead they tried to upsell me into buying a brand new system! Airmaxx Sent out a rep who diagnosed my system as needing a new main circuit board. I was not happy at the price quoted, but realized it was either that or replace the furnace. After replacing a bad sensor and the circuitboard the technician came to me looking a little uncomfortable and told me he had discovered that the original circuitboard had been completely rewired so that nothing worked on it. After following the schematics printed on the inside door of the furnace, the technician was able to rewire the original circuitboard properly and only charged me two hours of labor to complete the “repair”. In the end, I discovered that the only thing wrong with my furnace was a bad sensor. The technician from ASI must’ve rewired the circuit board which would prevent it from functioning ….as there’s no way that this board operate it normally prior to his visit.

Great experience start to finish quote was very reasonable and installed in under 8 hours was just amazing. Fast, efficient, clean, respectful install team. Highly recommend this company for high quality product and experience at a great value.

Was called to ask if they could come over the next day. I was very happy to hear this. Had to call in sick to work but thought it would be worth it. Due to a scheduling issue they never showed up. Kept original appointment and this time they were on time. Did a great job and took less time then I thought. No mess left behind and new heater works great.

Very impressed with Airmaxx and specifically Gilbert's quality of service and helpfulness. We are living in a rental and our AC had stopped working, Gilbert not only resolved the issue but also taught us valuable information about AC units that will be helpful to us in years to come. Gilbert did a great job explaining all the parts of my system, ensuring that I understood what I could do as a homeowner to properly maintain my HVAC system. He was honest, didn't try to push repairs on me, and thoroughly explained my options to address anything that was found. I'd use Airmaxx again

The guy they sent out was very professional, and honest with me..he didn't beat around the bush and waste my time,which I appreciated .I do think these companies have to understand ppl don't have thousands of dollars laying around to buy the nicest newest systems right away..would have been nice if I was offered at least a more economical option...my system was not installed correctly by the company before. after less than 3 yrs they old I needed whole new $14k system. All this was probably true but I made the mistake of not doing all my homework originally, an got a company that didn't know what it was
Doing . My bad . I didn't have the money to buy another new system .would have been nice if buying another new system wasn't the only option offered .truth is it was my mistake and maybe there was no other options..

The technician immediately knew what was wrong with our thermostat. The heat would not come on as the weather got colder. It was wired incorrectly by our contractor when our house was remodeled, and the fuse had blown. He fixed both quickly, explained the problem, and what he had done. Highly recommend this company.

Alex the sales person was very professional, arrived on time for the estimate, quickly provided the quote and then scheduled the AC install within a week.

The installation crew arrived on time, with all needed parts, worked hard to get the system up and running, tested it, reviewed it with me and then cleaned up and left. They quoted 1/2 a day and finished in about 4 hours.

Alex followed up often to address questions and check in along the way. What great customer service!

Jeff from AirMaxx is our new hero. Seriously!!! We have lived at our home for 8 years and have always had central AC and a separate gas furnace. We always wondered why the previous owners didn't just make it central heat as well, but we didn't ask the right person.
We called AirMaxx for a yearly maintenance based on a recommendation. Jeff came and was the nicest guy from the start. Then he told us we actually did have a heating system that just wasn't hooked up correctly. He said he could come back the next week to get it working for us.
And that's just what happened. An hour after he arrived, heat was blasting out of the vents that we had never had working before. He also installed a new smart HVAC controller for us.

Our 25+ year HVAC died out last month. 5-7 companies came and gave me different quote and ideas. Airmaxx (Alex) stopped by promptly, carefully evaluated my outside condenser, furnace and thermostat connection. He briefed options and the deals they carry currently. He helped us chose the best option in terms of tonnage for our house. He also temporarily fixed our old system and replaced our thermostat free of cost (even before us signing the proposal). Alex team even planned installation a week before the original commit date, did a professional installation. After 2 weeks, they had their quality test person to come and do HVAC leak and efficiency test. Overall we are very happy with their professionalism, quality of service, Customer support and ethical value.
