I have used this business for over 10 years & will NEVER use them again! Poor customer service and outrageous over-charging made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. Found a better company to do the same work for less than half the price, & they were happy to have my business.

Bought new Carrier heating system and upon installation Airmaxx teks determined it had a bad blower motor. Carrier had none in stock for quick replacement. Had to wait one week for replacement motor which Airmax quickly installed. It was the coldest week of the winter and we suffered. Realizing our discomfort and the prolonged delay Airmaxx's Edgar Smart offered us a 3 year maintenance program at no charge. New heater is working well and we are satisfied!

I sent a request yesterday afternoon regarding several issues with our HVAC system and today morning it was all fixed! Alex was super nice and professional. He diagnosed the issues and fixed them pretty quickly. I recommend Air Maxx and would definitely use their service again. Thanks!

Great company with great customer service. We met with several other representatives from other companies to replace our A/C/Heating system and this company was the most honest, fair and reasonable company to work with. We worked with Vlad who was very accommodating and went out of his way to answer our questions, show us how to use our new system and worked with us to get the best deal for our system. He matched and beat other companies pricing and still gave us a top notch system. They were efficient, knowledgeable about all of the options out there and they have a great maintenance program. They also offer great financing. I highly recommend hiring this company over others - we did our homework and there is a reason why they have outstanding reviews. Top Notch!

After an absurdly high quote to repair our air handler by a vendor that we were required to use by First American Home Warranty, and a couple of other high quotes from alternate vendors I independently solicited, Alex of Airmaxx showed up and saved the day. Rather than gouge me on price and convince me I needed to spend >$4K on an a new AC system, Alex was able to quickly and easily diagnose the problem and resolve it in-house within one hour. It was refreshing to work with someone with ethical standards and a moral compass; and quite the relief to confirm that there was never a need for an entire system replacement. His honesty is appreciated and, although we do not look forward to issues with our AC, we look forward to working with Alex again if ever necessary.

Airmaxx did everything as expected, on time, and were very professional. We had no issues with our installation and are very happy with our new Bosch heat pump and air handler.

My 30-year old Rheem A/C stopped cooling during the high heat this summer. Saw the good reviews for Airmaxx and gave them a call. I was quite impressed that they were able to respond within a day, notified me before arriving and came on time. Edgar diagnosed the problem very quickly and took the time to explain the repairs. He replaced a burnt-out wire, failing capacitor and topped-off the coolant. In addition, he popped-up into my attic and replaced a very dirty air filter. The system immediately began working well and fortunately I did not need a new compressor or expensive new system. Importantly, Edgar was straight forward and honest and did not try to "up-sell" me on equipment that would have been unnecessary.

Based on this good experience, I also had him service another home that needed only a new capacitor. Although it was on short notice, he made time for the repair early the very next morning and we were very satisfied.

We love working with Airmaxx. They do great work, put us as customers first and we got the system back up and running. They could have probably sold us a new system a few times over the years but they haven't because what we have is good quality and still works. We appreciate the relationship and would not go to any other provider for these services.
