Found company to be very responsive. Technician was knowledgeable and presented information in very practical and easy to understand manner. (Only gave 4 stars ⭐️ due to technician arrived outside of appointment window, however received multiple calls as to status of technician and when technician would arrive. )

This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time with repair work! Tim was kind, professional, sweet to my dog, answered all my questions, and managed to get the part we needed and brought it back and installed it the same morning! I was very cold and now I’m not. So grateful

They came in for a free inspection of my furnace. It was very comprehensive and I learned a lot but they recommended that I should consider replacing the furnace in the coming year. A HVAC colleague of mine disagreed as they had the same type of house with same type of furnace and thought it would be good for several more years.
They came in for a duct cleaning, it was done well, and I was happy with that.
The club membership monthly subscription cost can be used for future hvac installation but ties you to the company and is an ongoing monthly cost.

The entire smart72 Team did a very professional job on my rental. We needed a new furnace, needed to reconfigure the flue to add a filter box as the previous furnace did not have one. Cleaned all the vents and services a mini split system in the master bedroom. I would recommend them for jobs in the Marin County area any time

We're very pleased with HVAC work done by the smart72 workers. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and the whole project was reasonably priced. We finally have a heater that is finally working!
