I made it appointment with her online service. They were responsive they answered back right away. I was able to get a new water heater installed and they also correct in a lot of the mistakes of the old installation of the previous water heater. They even went the extra mile of repairing some of the water damage that was on the walls. Very happy with the work that was performed.

Ibrahim was extremely friendly and was more than willing to work with me and explain things multiple times as I needed it. We have to replace our 30 year old system and they all made it easy and stressless. (Finance, and other office people I spoke to) I would very much recommend Goettl’s services.

Zach and Clay were amazing! Thorough, explained everything, came out to the rescue promptly and provided photos and write up within 30 minutes of leaving. Fair prices and I will continue to only use them. They interacted with my kids and got the job done and diagnosed timely.

We booked online on Sunday the 2nd of July. We got confirmation on the 3rd at 8:30 a.m. then got a call at 9:15 a.m. was told they overbooked, and it was canceled. I called back to speak to a representative to verify it was canceled, and they said they would put me back on the schedule for today but it would be after 5 p.m.
At 4:30 p.m. called to get an ETA they said it was canceled and no one was going to be coming out today.
Representative said we can put you down for Wednesday the 5th I said ok then I get a text today the 5th that they can not make it out tell the 7th.
A company that prides it self on customer service and promises not doing a good job.
I will not be using them now or in the future. Lucky Air keeps their promises they will be out this morning.
Bigger Companies do not mean there better.

Brandon was on time and very thorough in performing a total plumbing system inspection. He shared tips on good maintenance and itemized problem areas he discovered. Excellent service!!

Absolutely great service today with Marcus. He was polite & didn't mind explaining things, talked about the whole process & expectations for his service. He even brought booties to wear on the carpet. He knew his stuff and was a pleasure to have here. Definitely using this service again!

I lost a plastic cap in my toilet and it hadn’t flushed right for months, I had to plunge it every day. Raymond came to the door with a stuffed animal for my dogs and a cool flashlight for me. He was nice and listened to my issues. After a lot of work Raymond was able to move the clog and got my toilet working again. I am very happy.

We’re really happy with our experience with Geottl. We’ve had various great technicians come and help out, but Anthony helped us today and I really feel like he has the customer’s best interests in mind. He explained the situation gave us options and advice on how to move forward.

Skyler came out and performed the rejuvenation service on my a/c. He arrived on time and was very thorough in explaining the work he performed. Been a customer of Goettl for a couple of years now and am very pleased with the service they provide and the technicians are top notch.

Was very happy with installation in the beginning which was in November. However along the way ran into some issues with our larger furnace which have been trying to resolve since January after 3 separate visits from 3 different technicians there is still no resolution. Suggestions from last technician was to add a return in our living room closet however the door needs to stay open which is absolutely unacceptable. I was Told on 2 separate occasions that manager will call me back to schedule in home visit. Had to wait over 2 weeks just to get a return call. Very disappointed in professionalism to get this issue resolved.
