Outstanding Plumbing Service with Exceptional Customer Care!
I cannot praise Goettl enough for their exceptional plumbing service. Recently, I encountered a perplexing water leak issue with an unknown source, and they came to my rescue. From the moment Dante, their representative, took my early morning call, to the arrival of the skilled technician, Brandon, the entire experience was top-notch.
What impressed me the most was the professionalism and friendliness exhibited by the Goettl team. Brandon promptly assessed the problem and kept me informed every step of the way. I greatly appreciated being provided with clear descriptions, estimates, and even pictures to fully understand the issue at hand.

I worked with Anthony Weller and Roy Adame to inquire about, purchase and have installation done for all new ducting and a new heating and air system. They were both fantastic! Anthony was extremely friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and comfortable sharing his knowledge in a helpful and meaningful way, and he made me and my family very comfortable. He is uniquely adept at working with people. Roy was also extremely friendly and professional and was thorough in his explanations of the different options I had, and he made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The customer service provided by these men was honestly some of the best, if not the best, customer service I have experienced in my nearly 40 years, and that means a lot to me. Seen the commercials I wanted to give these guys a try and also secure a quote from them for a leak that I have on my water heater. So I brought them out to clear a line for me which they did a great job and that was cost-effective because it was on the special the quote was a little pricey if I wanted to clear Beyond 25 ft down to the sewer line. They operate like many of the large plumbing companies where they send out text that call back to a master plumber and things of that nature. Service was good clean hospitable nice guy. I tend to like to have real plumbers come out and do the work I might use them again for small stuff but definitely bring out a real plumber for the major stuff.

I've used Goettle for several years now, because they seem honest and trustworthy and very professional. The people that work there are polite and respectful and very genuinely friendly. Today Anthony was over to diagnose my air conditioning problems, and the company couldn't have a better representative. He possessed all those qualities in spades, plus he laughef at my jokes , and my dogs loved him.

I truly wish I could give them 0 stars. But I will say that I cannot ever recommend this service to anyone. If you want honest workers DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. They will simply try to upsell you on work that does not need to be done and then not complete the maintenance job because you tell them no to the upsell. I didn't need a new duct system for $8800. Then when we had a real service come out they noticed that the people who worked on it last installed an override on the system to bypass the safety protocols of turning off and not over heating. So let me again say NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Alright, it's been about 2 months since this happened and I feel it's only fair that I alter my review of this company. Let me say, I have had daydreams about legitimately going to their property and handing out flyers to any possible customers to warn them about how absolutely horrible this company is. My landlords had decided to sign up for their monthly service plan of $14.99 a month. After the worker came out and didn't do his job at all they decided to cancel this service, guess what...they still got charged this last month for something they had canceled. So they called and had asked to be reimbursed since they had canceled the service. They were told they would be contacted by management within 48 hours. Now, let's fast forward to today, 3 and a half weeks later with absolutely no contact AND they still haven't been reimbursed for the payment that this horrid company stole from them. My landlord contacts them and asks what is going on and why they haven't been contacted and if they can talk to a manager right away. They were told that a manager would call them back within 2 hours. That was over 3 hours ago and seeing how it's near closing time I'm assuming this joke of a business won't get back to them anytime soon. Plus, I highly doubt they'll ever return the money they stole from them.
So let me say this. This company should close for good. If I could give them any less stars or any less of a rating I truly would. Unless you have an enemy in your life you truly loathe, never use this company or recommend them to anyone.

Goettl always does a great job. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. My issue is when I make appointments, it takes at least 3 times of rescheduling before they show up.

This company rescheduled because of the snow. My wife called to reschedule. They wanted to talk to me rather than to talk to her. It makes no sense if she is also the home owner why couldn't they just talk to her to reschedule. Then when I called back they arbitrarily rescheduled us for a day that we were not available. So I had them reschedule us for a day that we were available. Then on the day that they were scheduled, they called and said that we're going to put us on another day. They didn't ask if they can put us on another day they just told me that they're going to put me on another day. I had already prepared for them to come on the scheduled day. So I was ready for the plumber to get under the sink. I moved everything out of the way to prepare to make it easy. But they call to schedule me for another day. Then the customer service rep said that there were emergencies and that's why they couldn't come. Had she started with that information then I would have been understanding. Please do not use this company they are very unprofessional.
