Zachary showed up on time and had a really good attitude. Not only did he un-stop our drain and fix our garbage disposal, he told us several things we could do to prevent it in the future. Zachary was a great guy who gave us outstanding service.

Our AC wasn't blowing cool air, and I called Goettl because of the radio commercials and their policy for being honest.

Codey was our technician. He was down to earth and tested our capacitor; surprisingly, it was still good (54)! Then he pressure-tested the lines, and they were way underperformance. Oh no, we need a new system!

Codey and I discussed the best system for the house and settled on 5 ton 14-seer. But what about the price? After some discussion, we decided on a reasonable price and no interest/no payments for one year or 12 months.

My wife and I had time to consider our decision and did not feel pressured into buying a new system.

I would buy from Goettl again. With Codey's calm and helpful demeanor, we made the best decision for our family and to buy a new Goettl 5-ton, 14-seer AC/Heating system and install it the next day—no waiting time.

The best I can tell you is to give Goettl a call, and you will likely walk away with a smile.

PS - Today, June 23, 2023, the Goettl Team of Oscar, Jason, and Eric came by early morning and started to work on replacing the HVAC system. These guys are dedicated professionals that are skilled and help each other. All went well and the team had fully installed our new AC system by 3:00 pm.

Everyone I encountered was very professional and friendly. Mike the service tech who came was very informative. Unfortunately I couldn't say the same for the last plumbing company that I called. I didn't use the services only due to money issues. I did sign up for their preventive service contract.

Jacob was super friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable. He seemed to enjoy his job, which is very important too.

This is the second time I've used Goettl. Had them install a new A/C & furnace on two properties. I won't use anyone else. From the time they came out to give me an estimate to the time of install...everyone was professional and friendly! Not to mention, the technicians (Codey, Andrew, and Seth) were professional and respectful of my home and made sure the areas they worked in were cleaned up as they worked and before they left. Aside from the great service, it's little things like this that will keep me using Goettl. Thanks, guys!!

Mike did a great job explaining the plumbing problems we were having that caused the issues he was addressing; clogged and slow drains. He was thorough and professionally facilutatef the necessary fixes, as well as, outlining some concerns he noticed during the fix, with pictures.

Yesterday I had a service technician come and unclog my kitchen Drain. His name was Zachary, and he was wonderful! I wish every service technician was as friendly and knowledgeable as he is! We will definitely call Goettl for any future plumbing needs.

We called them for two plumbing issues. One was a leak in a kitchen sink and the other a second floor bathroom leak that was causing damage in the living room below. The plumber investigated, fixed and documented each issue thoroughly for our insurance. We would definitely recommend them!

Zach was very professional, and asked a lot of questions to assess the situation. He went to work on my slow/ partially clogged drains. After each drain (laundry / kitchen) rooter he ran the video camera down to show me how poor the conditions of my drain pipes are. He highly suggested / recommended I have jet cleaning for at least the kitchen drain which had the most grease and gunk, but suggested I also do the laundry line as these two combine to contribute to most of my overall drain line issues. The video evidence substantiated his recommendation to have the jet cleaning done and possibly scaling to extend the life of my pipes until I decide to possibly redo them. He suggested I join the team and get some security in future short term clogs and secure discounts for future work that I might choose to have done. Please have Zach or another representative contact me for scheduling future work to further clean out my drains. Thank you for the excellent work and expertise.
