I like that the company sends you a picture of the technician before they get there. Diego out technician was professional & thorough in his inspection and diagnosis. I liked that he explained the issue, what could come from it and made suggestions on possible solutions, including having another associate come out for free estimates.

Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had our heater running again in no time. One cool feature of this company for safety they send pictures who is that person coming to your house. Over all I will recommend

The Certified Heat and A/C team was great! They arrived on time and did an excellent job completing the work. I am very happy with the equipment and quality of work and would definitely recommend.

Jackie was very helpful today fixing our furnace and extremely patient explaining to me how the system works and how to evaluate when it makes sense to replace.

They also replaced our other furnace and were very easy to work with on that project as well.

I received a thorough briefing with pictures on items that were showing wear and tear, which allows me to plan ahead on potential upcoming repairs before they happen.
