I have been using this company for a few years now. They are very professional and dependable. I recently had a large project, all of the installers (Wyatt, Joshua, Josh, Chris, and Miguel) were punctual, professional, respectful, timely (done when they said they would be), and very dependable. I feel confident in the work that was done. I highly recommend this company for maintenance and large projects.

It appears that the service rep, Diego may have stolen something from our home while on a service call. Very disturbing and blemishes the entire company…

Man, what can I say about this company. My 30 year old system went out during a heatwave. I called and they had someone out without an hour. The tech's name was Sen and I can't say enough good things about this guy. He was working on my unit in the blazing heat for 5 hours. Replaced some parts, tested, diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the parts he needed in his truck. He was back at my house first thing the next morning to complete the job. Sen, thank you! You are the man - and the nicest guy to work with as well. 99% of other companies would have given up after an hour and just say "you need to replace the unit". Thanks to Sen, it's running great again. Awesome, will be using these guys for a long time.

During the 100+ heat wave, we discovered our AC wasn’t working. Was impressed w/ how fast Frank was able to come and diagnose the problem. He explained the issues and the best, most efficient way to solve it. We were then able to get a new AC system in. Lee and Will were on time and got it installed. Now it’s great to have the cool air of relief. Thank you all!

We had Daikin Mini Splits installed for 3 bedrooms and main living area.The units are very quiet, and the outside condenser unit can't be heard inside the home. We signed up on a Thursday & installation started the following Monday. Crew was diligent, hard-working and pleasant. Our Rep was Brad Lauritzen, came out quickly to give us the estimate.

Had an ancient (like as old as the house which was built in the 60s!) wall furnace in my mother's home that stopped working after we had some kitchen remodeling done. With winter coming along I wanted to see if the antique worked and asked for some quotes from nearby businesses on Yelp. Certified was one of the first to respond and also provide availability within the week. I spoke with Mark on the phone and got details on the service fee ($69 flat and waived if I went with service) and they recorded more details to prepare for the visit. Super friendly and I felt good with going with them when I spoke with Mark on the phone. The day of the visit I received a call and text when my technician, Lucas, was going to arrive. The text even included a picture of Lucas so I would know who to look out for which I appreciated! Even though I was quoted 30 minutes for arrival Lucas came within 15 minutes of the notice.

First impressions of Lucas was that he's respectful, professional and polite as he wore a mask and shoe covers in the house. With how ancient my furnace was, he was very honest from the beginning that he wasn't sure if he would be able to fix the issue and that replacement parts would be more costly than a new unit. However, miraculously, Lucas was able to get the heater working again! He took his time to explain everything carefully and answered all my questions no matter how simple (like which way the knob goes for the fan to kick in automatically). Lucas even took his time to carefully test the area for carbon monoxide. I really appreciate the whole Certified team for such outstanding, honest, professionalism from start to finish and will definitely recommend them to anyone!!
