Not only was technician Lucas able to come out on a Saturday, he followed up with me promptly so we could get the unit repaired ASAP.. He diagnosed it correctly the first time with no hard sell for any “extras”. Very honest and customer oriented. Highly recommend!!

I woke up to an 85 degree house a couple weeks ago with the A/C system fan blowing warm air. My wife told me to do everything in my power to get it fixed since the next couple of days were going to be in the 100's. Everywhere I called was busy and didn't even seem to care that I was in dire need.

I contacted Certified Heating and Air Conditioning further down my call list because of the amount of reviews they had at the time and was told that they were extremely busy as well but would be happy to help and that they would do what they could and call me back. In 5 mins they called back saying that someone would be there later that afternoon to help out.

The service tech arrived later that day looking very professional and was really friendly. I explained everything that was going on and he had it diagnosed within 15 mins. When I asked how long it would take to get the repair part, he walked out to his work truck and walked back in with replacement part out of his work truck. He said these fail all the time and that they carry certain parts with them to help with efficient repairs for the customer. He had it installed and back up and running within 20 mins. I was blown away!

When I asked about the small amount of reviews they had, he said that they were a new company and were just developing their relationships with their customers. I highly recommend this company to any one in the east bay or bay area. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and perfect example of a professional.

Thank you to Bryan! We had a heating emergency over the holiday weekend where we could not get our heater to blow warm air. Bryan came out immediately, and evaluated our furnaces. He was there less and 30 minutes and our house was warm before he even got out of the driveway. Nothing like decorating for the holidays in an icy house. John K was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and went through everything we needed to know. Woild definately recommend.

My AC compressor wouldn't turn on. Certified tech Brittany found the problem quickly. It was a sticky switch from not being used all Winter. After verifying it would work properly, she checked tor other potential issues within the unit. Fortunately, none were present. I appreciate her timely and pleasant visit and would recommend her to others.
