Mateo provided excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the visit. He walked me through his plan for the visit and provided updates while on site. Mateo also went out of his way to try and repair a window that wasn’t closing properly. He also wore boot covers while inside the house. Thank You!

We have been looking for a company to replace my ac unit for quite some time. We received multiple quotes from different companies some higher some lower. However I knew Certified solar & heating & air conditioning was the right way to go from the moment Anthony McCoy completed the walkthrough & assessment.

The installation team Jose, Daniel and Miguel arrived at 8 am sharp. They were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. This was no easy task as they were here 10 hours to be able to complete the entire installation. Made sure every single detail was taken care of.

At the end they completed a walkthrough, now I am ready to enjoy this upcoming summer.

Can't speak to their work as they did work on my neighbors house, not mine. However, their attention to detail and care is poor with the way they did their work.

During their initial install at my neighbors they parked blocking our driveway and seemed to be annoyed at me asking them to move. The day after their install I noticed the lights I'd put on our street trees that were right in front of where they moved the van to were out because they had torn the string. They'd also kicked the small solar stake that powered them out of the ground.

They returned on a later visit and I told them the problem and they asked for my name and number and email and said someone would reach out to me. Never heard from them. That was pickup truck number 103 for them. This was either their third or fourth time coming back so thats a little concerning about work quality.

We're looking to get a heat pump for our house and we're definitely not picking these guys.

We contacted Certified, who installed our furnace approximately 1.5 years ago. We had an issue with a leak from our furnace. After contacting, they scheduled a time time to come inspect. Sen S. was dispatched to our home and he was great! He was professional and took his time to assess the area/furnace in that he found the issue. He repaired the faulty part (condensation pump) and was complete with the job in approximately two hours. Afterwards, he took his time to explain in great detail what the cause were and how he repaired it. He was pleasant and remained professional the entire time and made sure to answer all of our follow up questions. I would definitely recommend Sen! Greatly appreciated!

I contacted Certified Solar to replace one of our old furnaces. I knew a bit about what I wanted, but the salesman took a look at our space and walked me through my options and gave details about each option so I could make an informed decision. The installers, Chris and Joshua, were able to come later that week and installed the new furnace, upgrading the piping work too, in about 8 hours. They did a quality job and walked me through what they did afterwards. The area was completely clean when they left. Certified Solar also coordinated the environmental inspection and the city inspector after the furnace was installed. Josh from Certified Solar was on site during the environmental inspection. Everyone was polite, timely, wore shoe covers, were respectful of my space, and was professional. For each person coming on site, I got a heads-up text that they were on their way with a picture of them so I knew who would be at the door. I will be contacting them when my second furnace needs to be replaced.

I needed consultation to replace my existing HVAC system. Galen from Solar Heating & Air was assigned to my account. Galen provided a great deal of information on the current and provided options for the replacement. Galen is expert in his field, professional and very knowledgeable about the industry. I highly recommend him.
