Edison, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and great to work with. I got exactly the system I wanted and he worked out an installation that made sense with a larger remodel project. He cares a lot about doing things the right way and getting a great result.

I replaced the entire system including ducts, the crew was very professional and polite, entire job was done in 2 days. Workers left the job site very clean and explained new system in detail. I found Reliable Home comfort on google and I'm very happy I did. They have great reviews and I wanted to go with family owned business. Edison and his crew were awesome. Edison was able to give us 4 different options along with a rebate. his crew was there 8am ready to work and got the whole process done within 5 hrs. very polite too. My father's a/c-heater unit went out on the coldest days here in SoCal. End result- my dad has a new unit and he just emailed me to say, how well it is working- he is very happy. I was more worried during the summer time, now he has air condition back. Thank you very much for your excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Friends purchased a Mitsubishi unit from Reliable Home Comfort. I was so impressed with how cool their home was I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi too.
Edison and his technicians, (Estefan and Willy) were professional, courteous, and efficient. They followed Covid 19 guidelines by wearing face masks during the entire installation.
The unit was installed in two days. At the end of the installation,the technicians took the time to to show how to turn the unit on an off, as well as, the different speeds and angles of the unit.

I had a great experience with Edison and RHC when they installed 4 ductless minisplits for me. Edison was very communicative and iterated over the quote with me multiple times until I was comfortable and ready to move forward. The work was scheduled quickly and every day the installers came on time, worked quickly and respectfully, and cleaned up the areas when they were done. One of the units was defective and upon unpacking it, they were upfront about the issue and had a new one for me the next day. Even with that, they finished a day ahead of schedule! They made sure to explain how to operate the units and Edison checked in afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly.

All in all, RHC was super professional, transparent, and executed quality work. Once you work with them, you'll know that you can really trust them!

Reasonable pricing, quick and professional installation, great customer service so far. I just added AC (thank you global warming) to my central heating unit, and I was very pleased with Reliable Home Comfort. They scheduled quickly, arrived on time, and finished the work in a day. I will have them do maintenance service on the unit yearly from now on. Edison, the owner, even came out the day after installation and bolted a few things down because I’m really paranoid about anchoring things. The additional bolting wasn’t even needed, it was just to give me extra piece of mind. Thank you Edison!
