Reliable Home Comfort is without a doubt my forever "Go To" company for any and ALL A/C and Heating needs. This was a new Install. I am a third time homeowner and had previously used a company "AT" in (Monrovia) for a new install in my second home. I did have them Bid on this project along with "4" other companies. We decided on Reliable Home Comfort (RHC) in large part due to their owner Edison. He was/and is professional, timely, accurate, thorough; and that was just during Consultation. I want to give high praise to his whole crew that installed our complete new Heating & A/C system. Shout Outs to: Willy, Thomas, Miguel, Timothy, and Angel. Great guys! All extremely professional and we expected no less having had Edison come to our home TWICE before we selected "RHC". Not to get too into the weeds, let me say as homeowners you all know the anxiety, doubt, and nervousness you can feel regarding any "construction" project. The Cost, Timeline, Quality of products, Installation and their expertise; did you make a good decision? I can save you from all of these concerns and more, by unequivocally saying choose "RHC". Their Price was more than fair. (Again 5 Bids). Their workmanship exquisite! The Mitsubishi products beyond "Whisper" quite. The Condenser literally makes no sound! You hear NOTHING except "air" when it comes on either for Heating or Cooling. We can hear our neighbor's equipment when outside all the time! I give "RHC" my Highest recommendation "10" Stars! I will continue to recommend "RHC" to ANYONE I know considering a "new" Install or even repairs. I am extremely confident in their abilities and services and that my experience is not a "One off". No "RHC" is in business for the long haul and I believe they will continue their success. Larger companies like ("N.G.") with all your ads on CNBC; look out "RHC" earned my business and has my trust. Edison at Reliable Home Comfort did an amazing job. We needed our old AC (25 yrs old) and gas furnace (40 yrs old) upgraded. We received fair quotes, which included some repairs underneath our mobile home. We picked a new AC unit and we picked a heat pump unit to replace the gas furnace. While waiting for the permit, Edison personally replied to all my messages for updates in a timely manner. Once permits received, work was scheduled within a few days and everything was completed in one day. We were very pleased with the team on site, not only was everything completed in one day, which in itself is amazing, they also left our driveway and the areas they worked around cleaner than it was before they started, including when they needed to work in the home by the electrical panel, and installing the new thermostat. The heat pump unit works well, it's amazing how our home is now evenly heated throughout, no hot spots as with the gas furnace. Can't wait to check out the AC in the summer. Everyone was very friendly, respectful, and professional, from the owner, to the office staff, to the workers on site. We totally would recommend Reliable Home Comfort. Thank you Edison, great job to you and your team ... we look forward to continuing our maintenance service with your company.

We employed Reliable Home Comfort to install the central HVAC system in our condo in Westwood. Edison came by first and surveyed the place and made recommendations on what kind of products would make sense for the space and what kind of insulation would help bring costs down. He was very professional, the pricing was appropriate and it was smooth and painless to get the work scheduled.
The install team were on-time, professional and did a great job on the install. The team cleaned up as much as possible as the work progressed, and the install was done in the time promised.
It's rare to have such a stress-free experience while dealing with home contractors, and I'm thankful for their help.

He really seemed to know his business and gave me an honest assessment of what would work best for my home. He even went into my attic crawl space! For installation, his crew was in time and professional with the installation, which was quicker that I anticipated. After installation his worker helped facilitate the inspection, going further than required for their job to make sure I passed. I am very grateful to them for taking that extra step. Our family knew that we needed a new HVAC system, so we contacted different companies for information. When we contacted Reliable Home Comfort, and began communicating with Edison Rossman, we were amazed at how helpful he was. He explained several different models to us, based on our requests for information. He always seemed to have time to help us, and was willing to answer as many questions as we had. He was very forthcoming about prices, and the amount of time it would take for installation. As if his help were not enough, his installers, Thomas and Angel, were extremely professional during the two days that they worked with us. We asked that they tailor their hours to our work schedule, and they graciously complied. They explained what they were doing throughout the process.
