Fletcher's Plumbing & Contracting, Inc - Chico, CA

I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and had a leaky pipe. My husband shut off the water to the house and ended up getting the gate valve stuck shut. I found Fletcher’s by chance and they came out that day. We had PJ make our service call and he did an exceptional job. We will always call Fletcher’s when we need any type of plumbing service done.

We bought a “new to us” home recently. We had Fletcher’s do a video of the sewer lines from the house to the street main.
Video proved the last 10’ of the line was full of tree roots and had ho be replaced. Turns out this was a huge project but Fletcher’s came thru for us and now we have no issues with our sewer line.
PJ and the team did a great job and I highly recommend them for big or small projects!

Terrible! I called to schedule a service that was not an emergency and they said they would send someone out between 1 and 5 PM that day; I was initially pleased until I waited all afternoon and no one showed. At 4:55 I called to ask what happened and they said they "didn't know." I asked to reschedule another day for a narrower block of time as they had already wasted 4 hours of my time that day. I was told only between 8 and noon or 1 and 5. What a joke!
