Air Art did a custom installation of a Quiet Cool attic fan that I had modified to have additional capabilities. They handled the changes with no problems and everything works and looks great.

Class and honesty with old school service. Use these guys. The owner personally came out when I thought I needed a new system due to Chico's largest AC company telling me I needed a new unit. Could have sold me a new unit but instead figured out my unit had no real problems. The woman who runs the office has equal class and great customer service. We have used Air Art a few times, for whole house fan installation and for routine maintenance of heating and A/C systems. They are always fast, courteous and they do not make a mess! Appointments can be requested online and they do their best to meet your requests. I like their honesty. On their most recent visit for routine A/C inspection, they found an oil leak from one of the parts. But instead of recommending a new system or a new part, they figured out that the part was not even necessary and they repaired it with a “work around” for a very reasonable charge.

We are regular clients of Air-Art. They keep our HVAC system in great running order. This time we called them out to repair our AC. The local temperatures have been over 100 degrees and our AC stopped blowing cool air. The technician came out that very day, quickly assessed what was wrong and repaired it. He had the needed parts in his vehicle. We were very impressed with his professionalism and proficiency!

We recently had Air Art out for our Bryant ductless mini split at our office. Our technician was great and stuck with it while working with the manufacturer to diagnose and get our air blowing cold again. He wore a face mask the whole time he was working and practiced social distancing while at our office, very much appreciated during these times. And when the factory supplied repair part made the issue worse, he was back the next business day, all during our first heat wave of the year. The office was very prompt at contacting me to let me know about my appointments as well.
