I didn’t have any hope to repair my second Samsung fridge. I haven't plugged it in since last Christmas. But I needed it very well before my babyshower party and I tried to use this service. So, my refrigerator is working without glitching again! I’m glad that I was engaged with this company.

Paul, the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator and worked very hard to correct the problem to my satisfaction before leaving.

Two days ago our refrigerator started making a loud growling noise. Our Pro Max technician, Paul, quickly identify the issue (built up ice) and our refrigerator has been working well ever since. We really enjoyed working with promax who gave a clear explanation about the issue and provided steps on how to mitigate/resolve it in the future. Thanks Paul!

Diagnosed problems quickly, but had to order parts. Took a few days, but then very quick visit to install. Very professional and courteous repairman.

Came to fix my oven, they messed it up even more, they did not give me a refund and keep telling me they will call back about my issue but they still have yet to do so. Extremely disappointed in the service I received, will never use again.
