Great work! Joe's Plumbing & Heating contacted me immediately and job was scheduled for three days later per my request. Joe did the work. Arrived on time and was very professional. Turns out the leak under dishwasher was coming from pipes under kitchen skin. He replaced the pipes and a new faucet/sprayer. All reasonably priced--compared to other big plumbing companies. He cleaned under the dishwasher and removed a stain on kitchen sink. I highly recommend. Will be using them again for sure in the future and have already recommended to friends. Great, great company to do business with! Thank you again!

It was an excellent experience from the time I purchased the Big Deal to the time the plumber left. The scheduler, Angela, was professional, responsive and courteous at all times. Chris, who came by to do the job, was also prompt, professional and personable. The resulting look of the faucet was better than I had expected. All around great experience!

After discovering a significant increase in my water bill, I found a major underground leak in my front yard. I called Joe's Plumbing & Heating, and Hunter arrived at my house in under an hour. The repair was efficiently and professionally taken care of. I'm looking forward to returning to $50 water bills.

Jon came out and did our annual water heater inspection and drained it. He also installed a new faucet in the primary bathroom and cleaned out the drain. Great job by him as always. He’s on time, calls ahead and always lets know the cost before the job is started. Very pleased with the service received.

Joe’s farms out services to third parties. For a toilet replacement and snaking of the line, the plumber assigned to me gave an arrival time and estimate. I said fine. An hour after his time, I called him again and was told it would be another hour and the estimate was increased. Two hours later, called Joe’s directly to ask what was going on and was told that he was on his way and the estimate was increased again. Finally arriving five hours after original time, the guy said I needed a whole blowout done and that would double the price. He went outside, made “a call,” and twenty minutes later came in said it was done. Installed the toilet. It worked 1 day and started backing up again. I called to get him back to complete the work. Was told he wouldn’t do it. Had a completely different plumber in who looked at the situation and said the first guy didn’t know what he was doing. Don’t call Joe’s.
