We called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating late Saturday afternoon and they were very nice on the phone! Matt H. came to our house Sunday morning and it was such a pleasure to work with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and even made friends with our big German shepard! He gave us a quote and once we said ok, he got straight to work and did a fabulous job of installing our new water heater and even cleaned up the outdoor closet that it sits in! Awesome customer service! We would definitely recommend Matt and Joe’s Plumbing & Heating! The water heater is working great and wow, we didn’t realize how inefficient the old one was.

He is professional, and knowledgeable. It turned out that my plumbing issues were outside scope, but he provided extremely helpful and detailed advice. Definitely a stand-up guy - exactly the type of person you feel comfortable with in your home and doing your work. I will absolutely call Direct for plumbing issues in the future.

They came on time and identified where the issue was coming from. They communication has been top notch and I really appreciate all the help and information they provided. They located the leak, but it was not a issue they could help with since it was not related to plumbing.

I had an issue with my water pressure. They were very responsive with a technician here within the hour. very helpful and did a great job fixing our issue.

Pressure reduction valve was replaced. Work was done in a timely matter and to our satisfaction.

I was very happy with the installation service provided by technician Doniel and also happy with the Bradford White water heater that was installed. Doniel phone ahead to let me know his timeframe and was helpful, courteous, and inspired my confidence with his experience and knowledge. I called this company very early in the morning even though my issues weren't that urgent. Surprisingly, I got a detailed response and a plumber was assigned to do the required kitchen tap repairs the next day. And sure enough, he did so in the most efficient manner possible.
