What an experience! Joe’s Plumbing & Heating responded, evaluated, and installed in la little over 24 hrs from my initial e-mail! Colby in the office was great with the initial contact and decision whether to get a tankless or traditional heater. (We went with traditional) Then our amazing technician, Kevin, came out and did an amazing job removing the old heater and installing the new one. He found errors the previous installers made years ago and made our home safer in the process. The new heater works great. Called at last minute and the people on the phone were very nice and helpful. Was able to get a plumber to my house within a hour and had my water leak fixed quickly.
