Was estimated a possible need to replace unit, $7500. Instead they spotted the leak for free snd only charged for the refrigerant. It saved me thousands 💰. Very happy with Mike and his asst.

I was in distress half of my house was out of power and I didn’t know why to do. Mike answered the call and went beyond his call of duty to ease my mind. I choose next day service within normal hours and he was more then accommodating!!! He came and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone. Oh and he has a side kick who was awesome!!!!

I called to see what was wrong with a GFCI !! All 5 outlets were not working, breaker was fine, outlets were fine. A tech named MIKE ( working Saturday 14May2022), talked me through a simple solution!! Other companies would have charged to come out, for something so simple… He didn’t!! What he’s got, is my using your company from now on!!! And I’ll be telling everyone about y’all!! Excellent Customer Service and Professional attitude!! Thank you!!

Did an awesome job putting in a car charger for my Tesla and Mike asked me if I wanted an extra plug for my cameras and I said no I don’t want to spend no more money and what do you know he installed it for free another plug outlet. I highly recommend them very good price and they work with you

Mike was super professional and knowledgeable. Our AC broke the night before and mike came the next morning and replaced our old unit. Definitely recommend precision 1 to those who need quality work done.

My a/c unit went out during this latest heat wave. Called Mike Jensen on a Saturday night, he was here fist thing Sunday morning to check to see what was going on. There was a leak in the coolant line and considering the age of my a/c and the unavailability of R22 coolant, I opted for a new unit. He was able to charge my system to get me to today, Thursday, when the new system was installed. Just finished the installation and the house is nice and cool again. I would highly recommend Precision One Services and they will be coming out to do the heater maintenance when the weather turns chilly

Mike and his co-worker should up an hour after I called on a Saturday night. Kind, professional, and fast. They not only fixed the problem, but Identified a new one and fixed it with no extra charge. Great guys/great service!

We made an appointment to have a light fixture installed and the electrician never showed up at the appointment time. No phone call to explain. We called Precision One and cancelled the appointment. There are better companies out there.

Mike and Anthony came to run some new wire for my tankless hot water heater and did an awesome job! They were able to get it all done in a timely manner with very minimal demo to the walls. They also caught a very dangerous sub panel and replaced it the same day. They probably just saved my house from an electrical fire! Great work, nice guys, I am definitely requesting Mike and Anthony the next time I need any electrical work.
