We had an electrical issue after hours. Mike and Nick were here within a half an hour and figured out the problem right away. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Also, they gave us a lot of useful information that we didn’t about our electric. I would highly recommend them and will call them again for any future work we may need.

The heater blower that wouldn't turn off & the team came out right away. They managed to find a part for my old system, repaired it quickly, and explained everything along the way. Professional, tidy, patiently answered my questions and never tried to upsell me.

Hired this company to do light fixtures in my home. Easy to schedule an appointment and were prompt for the first appointment. Mike and his helper were polite and helpful and trustworthy. Had to leave while they were here the first time for over an hour. They gave me an estimate and wanted to be payed before starting the job, 2 bedroom fans and 3 light fixtures in the kitchen/Dinning room. They were here for a couple of hours but left pencil marks on the ceiling that I later discovered. They needed to come back to replace a fixture that’s was to small. Second appointment there was no confirmation of day or time they just showed up but I was home. They replaced the fixture but left the mess, wire on the floor, and the box. I had to hire a painter to finish the job even though they said that they take care of all clean Up and touch up. Communication was difficult over all. Not as professional as expected.

Had an issue with the heater not working. Dave came out told me what the problem was today came by with the new board and safety valve and fixed it. Great quality work definitelylmy go to guys for hvac

My air conditioning until failed at 530 pm the other night. It was 99 degrees outside and the inside of my house was 83 degrees and climbing. I scrambled to call someone, but no "Big" named companies would answer. I began surfing the internet when I came across Precision One Services. By this time it was past 6 pm. The moment I called them they answered and had someone enroute to my house. They spent no time dissecting what was wrong with my unit and giving me a solution. Everyone knows how expensive these things can be, and after 11 years my unit finally failed. Precision One gave me a few options, and after speaking with the boss, we decided to purchase a new one. Precision ordered the new unit and installed it at 8 am the next morning. They spent no time fooling around. They were at my door at 805 am ans done by 1030 am. Truly a blessing to have a company like Precision around with group of guys willing to help and give you no hassle. I will be using them for all my cooling and heating needs from this point on. Wow, I am a super satisfied customer!! Earlier in the day, I had Right Time Home Services come to my home and quote me almost double the price, than that of Accurate One Electrical. The Right Time technician told me that it would be a two man job and that he needed access to my attic. I decided to get a second opinion and I am glad I did! Mike from Accurate One Electrical arrived in a hurry, knowing I had somewhere to go. Mike did the job within the hour; no attic access was necessary. From the moment I called Accurate One, their customer service was impeccable. Their phone representative moved things around in order to get someone out to me the same day. Thank you Accurate One for going over and beyond and thank you Mike for the quick and reputable job done!! My recessed lights look GREAT!

Nick and Dave were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and worked very quickly to get our AC up and running again. The price was fair and we are so thankful for you guys.

Called Precision One Services on the day my ac unit stopped working. Mike was the tech to come out he diagnosed the problem and found out my compressor was bad. Same day Mike removed my bad unit and installed my new unit he also installed a WIFI thermostat. Work was above and beyond and I defiantly recommend Precision One Services for any Air Condoning And Heating problems. Thank you Mike for getting me up and running so fast.
