We had superb service and response time. Mike and Nick were here within 20 minutes after my call, wow. My AC system was back in action real quick, they were honest, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

This company should change their name to Most Reliable and Professional Services. Mike and Dave arrived on time. They replaced my 16-yr old water heater. Work took some doing as they had to fix the outdoor cabinet that was on the verge of collapsing due to water leak from the tank. They were very knowledgeable, polite, professional in every way, and then some. They are compasssionate and trustworthy. Very clean work! Pricing is honest and very reasonable. Highly recommended! My family and friends will definitely hear about this company. Much appreciated!

Great service. Straight up guys. Fixed our electrical problem and got our heat running in less than an hour. Will only use this company for future issues.

Mike, Nick and the crew were professional and knowledgeable. They quickly let us know what was wrong and fixed it. They were miraculously able to get the needed part the next day and installed it. They were honest and showed integrity. We are going to use this company in the future.

I just want to say that precision One was wonderful. A few days ago we noticed that our air conditioner wasn't cooling. So we called another company out they came and for $700 they said they put freon in it and put some kind of a gas inside the pipes to see if there was a leak. We noticed that there was a new change so we called him back out so they could crawl up into the attic to see if there was a gas leak they said no that it looked like we probably needed any unit they quoted us between $8,000 and $15,000. My husband wasn't happy with the results so he called precision One at 6:30 at night and since you guys were local they said they'd stop by they were here within 20 minutes looked at our unit and said no matter what the other air conditioning company did it wasn't going to fix it. They quoted a surprise for a new unit, I might add a low price for a 5ton unit, came today, installed it, stuck around to make sure the temperature was dropping and everything was running properly, their cleanup was perfect, they were here on time, they cleaned everything up, they explained everything to my husband and I and they were out the door didn't take them very long it was a very wonderful job. I'd like to thank the owner for getting a hold of the guys that came by the house I do think it was Nick and Mike and Nick and Mike came today and they were awesome thank you precision one air.
