Had Oasis install a new AC and seems like every time we turn around have issue with this equipment and pay again to have repaired. Just had unit serviced and now told unit is broken and dirty. When asked about why is it dirty just paid for servicing advise they did a fall service not a spring service so they don't clean the unit. $100 for servicing and now almost $400 for repairs. Oasis offered to sell me a service package for $180 that would give me 20%discount on parts that are probably marked up a 100%.

Now after a few years feel I need to have this equipment removed and quality equipment installed by another company. Very Very Frustrated with Oasis and their products. Don't feel they stand behind their product or services.

Oasis Air Conditioning does great work. They are very professional, prompt and honest. I highly recommend their services. They install new heating and air systems, repair existing systems and even do annual services on your system which is something you want to do every year to prevent major A/C failure. They often catch small issues with the AC before it turns into a big issue.

Oasis upgraded our dual pack heat and air unit on our home. They coordinated with the roofing company and the installation was well handled. A week or so later the air stopped blowing cold and a tech was at our home within an hour of calling them. He found that there was a manufacturing defect in the new unit. Oasis immediately began going through the progressions of repair including bringing out a manufacturer rep to resolve the problem. We went on vacation and when we returned they had installed an entire new unit and all is well. Any company can sell an air conditioner, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a company that handles a faulty unit like Oasis did. They were not the cheapest bid on the job, but in the end we couldn't have been happier we chose them, their reputation is well earned.

Customers be very mindful of the 10-year warranty option for residential home's heating and air conditioning system(s), because certain manufacturer defects on parts within the heating and air conditioning system doesn't qualify for the 10-year "parts-and-labor" warranty and can cost the normal customer about $400 charge (i.e., "coolant" refill) along with the standard $85 for each visit.

One of Oasis' (labeled) "brand-new" residential heating and air conditioning system had a manufacturer defect in which a part within the heating and air conditioning system was cracked and the "coolant" leaked and had to be refilled at the expense of the customer for about $400 (along with the standard $85 for each residential visit). Then, another part within the (labeled) "brand-new" residential heating and air conditioning system was discovered to be leaking oil, in which the 10-year "parts-and-labor" warranty covered the cost of a "new" part but another $85 had to charged for the future re-visit and replacement of the second bad part (when the second bad part could have been noticed and mentioned by the technician(s) upon noticing the first manufacturer defect in the "cracked" part that leaked "coolant", in which the second $85 visit fee could have been avoided).

And this labeled "brand-new" or "new" residential heating and air conditioning system is only 4 years old and was purchased in 2013.

Actually, I was slated to attend schooling for HVAC certifications, in which I discovered that a lot of the heating and air conditioning systems are actually refurbished on many different levels (& sometimes resold) and many of the parts within the heating and air conditioning system that companies "take-away" when replacing with labeled "new" heating and air conditioning systems are salvaged and sometimes refurbished, which could explain the fast turn-around time of ordering the so-called "new" part(s).

The customer service representatives and service-technicians at Oasis Air Conditioning are polite and courtesy though.

All worker’s were polite and did a great job putting in our new Air Conditioner. We are now cool this July.

We reviewed a few air and heat companies in Bakersfield & Oasis was FAR above the rest! They did remove our old unit & install a new one & we had not one complaint from beginning to end! This is the way a business should be run! They are outstanding in price & service! Cannot say enough nice things about Oasis.

I have used Oasis for 16 years. I would highly recommend them for your A/C and heating maintenance and repairs.

I knew my ac unit needed to get recharged. Had to get one of their techs sent out to my house to give me a quote which cost $80. Basically i paid them for information that i already new. The quote was OVERPRICED, Here are the facts:
-Oasis wanted to charge me $150 per lb. of R22. I needed 20lbs which would cost me $3000.
    -A 30 lbs bottle of R22 cost $400 or $13 per lb.
-Oasis $400 bottle is marked up to $4500.
That is simple math and that is RIDICULOUSLY a very high mark up.
I haven't even mentioned the price for labor on top of the $3000. It would have just been better to buy a brand new AC unit with the quote i received. I was able to find someone else the same day for a fraction of the price. Paid only $700. Don't get ripped of by this overpriced company.
