    Also twice a year, summer and winter service. It just makes me feel that I can count on their work and hopefully catch anything that can affect my AC on time before anything goes wrong. Pretty much, having it service twice yearly, nothing has gone wrong except having my AC cleaned due to tfw windstorms we have yearly. If we’ve had windstorms, I really recommend having it cleaned and washed, because if it’s clogged up with dust, mist likely you can have problems.
    Avoid any concerns by having it serviced !

    Oasis replaced our 25+ year old AC and the ducting/registers about 3 weeks ago and we are delighted with the service. We have two units on the house and two summers ago our east side unit crapped out and they replaced that unit as well as the old ducting and registers. LOVED that job too. When the second unit quit (this summer) we called them up, waited on their list a few weeks and after 3 1/2 days of work, we had 53 degree air pouring out of our new system. PRO TIP: the ducting that was installed 25+ years ago is garbage compared to the insulated and rolled ducting now available. We estimate our ACs were losing about 30 to 50% of their cooling into the hot attic. The new ducting is a game changer if you can upgrade. I was initially skeptical until I watched the old stuff being pulled out of the attic. We love our new system.

    The crew(s) were great and made every attempt to keep the installation as non-disruptive as possible. We highly recommend Oasis.

    I needed to replace my a/c unit and called a few different companies out to get a quote. Out of the three, Oasis was the only company that actually took the time to not only test my current system but guide me toward the best unit for my house and my needs ... not just try to sell me the best unit on the market as other companies did. The installation team came out quickly and I was very impressed by their overall professionalism and courtesy towards my son and I. We recently had new insulation blown into our attic, but they left my laundry room cleaner than they found it and always wore shoe covers when they came inside the house. Overall, I highly recommend Oasis for their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable sales team (thank you, Scott!) and personable installers. You guys are doing it right.

    Julian was very cordial. He went to work replacing the cooling coils and checking the system. When I asked him questions concerning the thermostat, he immediately had the answer.
