Oasis Air Conditioning

Called the on 4th of July and they were the only company willing to help. I had a family bbq planned and no a/c!!!! The tech came out and let me know what it would take to have us going. Our a/c was fixed in about an hour!! I kind of thing I paid a little more than I could have but the service was excellent and I am willing to pay a little extra for quality and service. I highly recommend them!!

I had Oasis Air Conditioning come out to my house to service my units, and also install two Wi-Fi Thermostats. The Wi-Fi Thermostats work great, and allow me to control both of my units through an app on my phone. They serviced my units and gave me peace of mind that they were working as intended. The visit was very efficient, and the technician was well versed in his field and very professional. I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning for any heating and cooling need.

Been a customer over 6 yrs , and their service standards have definitely slipped . Service tech had a somewhat high handed , cocky attitude , in addition to damaging my wall with his ladder on the way out . Unfortunately , I'm finished with this firm .

Great customer service, I wouldn’t use anyone else. I have them come every 6 months for preventive maintenance.

We scheduled an appointment for them to service our a/c. The technician never showed. And when I called them they blamed my husband for not answering his cell phone while we were home the whole time waiting. And the lady was rude the whole time on the phone with me. If he was supposed to answer his phone, then maybe that should be told to the person making the appointment. I'll never use them. I'll never hire a company that is rude to their customers.

extremely knowledgeable group, they know exactly what to do to determine what I need to invest in. I didn't realize how much there is to determining an AC until Oasis got involved.
