Was not impressed on their diagnostics. Had to hire another a/c company to add 3.2 lbs of r410 on top of the one they sold me. Not sure they know what filling up the system takes?

I got this company through my home warranty most of the companies I get through First American home warranty are substandard this was not the case 18 years ago when I first signed up with this Home warranty company dealing with American dream was like a dream come true they were prompt polite got the job done keep me updated along the way and all I can say is thank you thank you thank you for your prompt service and being so courteous and respectfulmore than I ever expected thank you again you're the best

When our AC went out two summers ago American dream services got us in quickly and fixed our unit for a very decent price they are amazing 😉

Called at 10 A.M. here before noon and all fixed by 12:15 P.M. All repaired for a great price. Techs were friendly also. Would highly recommend.

How to repair that had to be made in August. I assumed I wasn't going to get an appointment for about a week or two. The guy came out in the evening the next night.

Technician was knowledgable and thorough
