I like that they answer their phone after hours. Even though they didn't make an after-hours service call, I appreciated that I could at least talk to someone and find out timing and pricing for the next available appointment. They were very responsive and kept me updated with texts. Fixed the problem quickly. Would give five stars, but the technician was 45 minutes late beyond the 2-hour arrival window they gave me. Even still, I will use them again and would recommend them.

With 4th of July a few days away and during a major heat wave, our air conditioner decided to stop working. I called on a Saturday around 7pm and was so shocked they answered. They were able to fit us into their schedule only two days later and BEFORE 4th of July which I was thrilled about. Zachary Camp was our technician and he showed up early during our scheduled time frame. He was super thorough and knowledgeable, and explained everything to us. He had the part we needed on hand and fixed the issue very quickly without it costing and arm and a leg. Zachary was extremely polite and professional and even made sure to check a vent my 5 year old decided she wanted checked 😂. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs. I am extremely pleased with the work done. I found this service on Google maps and I really love to support small businesses and help them grow by using their services. Pricing was fair and competitive. This was a definite win and I will continue to use them instead of the previous company. Communication was fast and efficient, scheduling was easy, confirmation text were immediate, and the work done was very professional. Well done.

The owner Rj is very communicative, and he took the time to figure out our problem. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for him and his team he came and fixed it right away and even offered to take the old part away. There’s nothing like having a homebase company rather than a big chain company. The focus is definitely on their customers.

As a female home owner, I highly recommend American Dream Services.

They are rockstars. My Ac started acting up at 11pm Monday night, called them as their number was listed as 24 hour. They scheduled us for 2 days which is understandable. Tuesday morning, my AC was ok. I wanted it looked at anyway, but didn’t seam to be an emergency any more. Talked to them again and rescheduled for Saturday. Tuesday night it started acting up again. Called them again. And they were able to squeeze us in Wednesday. Ricky was able to come earlier than scheduled and was very professional. He got right to work, as soon as he got up to the AC, our fan died! Perfect timing. He was able to diagnose the issue, give me a quote and got get the parts. He answered all my questions in a way that was understandable.

As a female, I get nervous sometimes with service calls. Are they going to talk down to me, treat me like Im just a dumb girl, brush off my concerns, Ricky did none of that! Very professional and took time in the stupid heat to listen to my questions and answer them. We Will be getting their service plan too.

My air conditioning went out very late last night. I called several business including Banner Air and a few others. RJ, from American Dream Services was the ONLY one to take my call. He was very courteous and assured me someone would be out the very next morning before 9. Ricky showed up, and within 30 min, found the issue (which includes climbing in the attic) and had it resolved. Both of these men had excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. This company provided a service on Sunday at a very competitive and fair fee. They’ve earned a new customer for sure. Thank you

American Dream Services were great, they came out on a Saturday and repaired our heater. They went to the part house, came back with the part in the evening and by 8pm we had heat again. The technician Phil was very professional and did a awesome job. Definitely will recommend them to people in need.
