My home warranty company hired them to fix an oven. After coming to the house, they said parts needed to be ordered and they would follow up with the home warranty company. After a delay, I found out they never submitted the claim, only took my deposit. With prompting, they submitted an $800 parts claim. The oven new from manufacturer is $800... I'm pretty sure this is insurance fraud. I alerted the insurance company and an ac appliance manager called upset that the order was being canceled. I informed him that the oven was only $800 new and he claimed it was $1400 two years ago and that replacement parts were expensive. Stay away from this dishonest group.

SCAM!!! After I paid them to get a diagnostic and put down a deposit so they can order the part. They never came back to repair it. After 2 months of call and waiting i ordered it, got it in 3 days. and myself and fixed it myself. Waste of money and waited 2 months

They were so reliable and on time, very courteous and did.a Great job putting in our heat and cooling system. Derrick and mike were very professional. I would highly recommend them any time.

I called Anthony on a Friday afternoon and he sent a technician out by 5, which was exactly what he said he would do. Derrick came in had the washer apart and diagnosed the problem. He replaced the part and showed me a couple things about maintenance for it. He was done in less than an hour. Complete professionals all the way, would recommend again.

The good reviews about this company are fake. Trust me, if you call them. You will find out. Anthony is the name of the guy I dealt with. Beware of him and check out the Yelp reviews before calling.

Very professional and very courteous even cleans up after him self .the prices are fantastic. I kid you not I can't say anything negative about this man and his service I highly recommend and already tell my friends about him
