Incompetent technician and extremely rude office personnel. Waited a long time to get an appointment and then another wait to get parts and another appointment to do the repair, then the technician came and worked on the unit and left. His turning the angle stop caused a leaking drip which they refused to address. I paid another TCF to have a plumber come out and make a 1/4 turn tightening of the nut behind the angle stop handle to stop the leak. He told me that “any beginner should have known to do this.” Then we had to hire another company to fix the repair that AC Appliance did because it still leaked. Avoid these clowns!

Very happy customer here. AC Appliance fixed my dryer for way less than I was expecting to pay. He was on time, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Derrick was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Repaired the AC and had the house cooled in less than 20 minutes! I am keeping their phone handy and will recommend to others as well. Super satisfied with their service =)

Businesses like these are a rare find these days. Great guys, very knowledgeable. I came in to replace a fill tube for my fridge. Not only did they give me great advise, but they fixed my fill tube free of charge. They earned a customer for life! I will recommend them always!

No other technicians were able to find the problem, was told that the ice maker was broken and would cost over $500 to fix, Derek came out and it was just a connector what was not connected properly. Cost $85, was well worth the money and time.

I needed a refrigerator fixed. I called 4 other businesses before I called AC Appliance. While others told me they couldn't schedule my repair till next week, AC Appliance came on the same day. The person who answered my call was very professional, and gave me the time frame when their technician would come to our door. Martin was our technician. He called me about 20 min. before his arrival, which was very nice. He knew exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. Gave us the estimate, replaced the bad parts and put everything back where they were. Their rate was reasonable compared to other places I called or the ones our neighbor used before. I will call them first next time when I need any repairs.

Excellent service and professional attitude. Very honest. Anthony at AC appliance gave me his honest opinion about my washer and the best route to take to get it fixed. It is refreshing to deal with honest business people who aren't looking out only for their own interests but yours as well. I highly recommend their service.

I was doing a self repair on my Whirlpool heavy duty clothes dryer. Went to A C Appliance Inc and receive not only free advice, but the given a free part and told Merry Christmas! Thank you so much for the advice and the part.
My dryer is up and running again and I know now how to keep it running for many more hours use. Thanks guys.

Have them 5 stars for their honesty and integrity of the work they do ! We had Derek who worked on our heater ! He was fast , kind and efficient! Would recommend AC Appliances who wants a great honest company to help you out!!!

This company is highly knowledgeable in the appliance repair arena and is extremely reliable. Our restaurant needed help on countless occasions and Anthony (the owner) has always done everything he could to get to us as soon as he could to save us. He is honest and fair, something that is difficult to find these days.

When we need any service repair we genuinely do a search on google maps; this is how we found him. Definitely lucky to find him and would recommend to anyone.
