So far they’ve been back to my
House to fix the heating three times , every time they come they are NOT apologetic. It always seems like if THEY are the ones inconvenienced by the matter when it’s my family suffering in 50 degree weather cause of their repeated mistakes . This has not happened once or twice and the fact they don’t even extend a sorry is beyond me . At this point I am let down by this company and I hope they fix it for good this time cause i don’t want them over my house 3 times a week . Do better . Also they brought a 13 year old with them

If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I definitely would. Carrie, Marshall and Josh have been an extreme help in my cooling issues in my home. They are extremely professional and have great customer service. I will in the future as long as I live up here in the high desert be a returning customer for my HVAC maintenance needs. Wow! I was blessed today by a home visit with John. He helped me troubleshoot a problem I had with a newly replaced AC condenser fan motor that I had put in two days earlier. He modified the wiring scheme that I had been told to use when I bought the new fan motor and everything worked fabulously after that. Meanwhile his associate seamlessly checked the compressor ‘health’ and coolant pressure and gave us both the thumbs up 👍. Thank you John and Cool Image Heating and Air Conditioning for your timely visit, excellent service, good advice and kind manner in my family’s time of need during this recent stretch of warm August weather. You have gained a customer and I heartily recommend John and Cool Image for your HVAC needs.

Seriously couldn’t be any happier with this company! I was freaking my AC went out last night, we’re in a heat wave it’s 107 , my son is disabled .. i called 8 places no one could get us a tech to get us some immediate help! Cool image was recommended, called them at 8:01 in the morning and they had a tech (Nathan) out by 11am… very professional, didn’t try to charge any extra because i called for same day service and very very reasonable… thank you again to the entire staff! You guys rock!!

Professional, 150% our AC unit has ever been any better. We've had several other companies look into our issue regarding air distribution to each room and found no issue. Till we hired COOL IMAGE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INC. to actually find the problem that we have been having for years. They are our go-to company to make that difference to our household. John and his crew have built an honest, friendly, and professorial business here in Apple Valley, it is refreshing to deal with John, Carrie, and Nathan, they know what what they're doing, they have repaired both our AC and Heating system recently, our family have been dealing with difficult times, they went out of their way to help us.
