Comfort replaced one of my two HVAC systems, a couple years ago. They did a good job. Luke came out today to do maintenance on both of the units and did a great job! I knew the second system was on its last legs and he was very good about explaining to me all my options and what the problem with it was. It's never fun to have to buy a new HVAC system but at least I have confidence in the Company, and in their technician Luke, that I got good thorough answers to my questions.

When a local Red Bluff HVAC company performed a system maintenance on my 4 year old HVAC system they damaged my unit by improperly overcharging the system with excessive refrigerant. Their technician told me my system was broken beyond repair and could not be fixed. I called Cascade after having contacted the manufacturer with no results. The Cascade technicians quickly brought the system down to the correct amount of refrigerant, replaced the TSV valve and damaged compressor. Four years later my system continues to operate flawlessly. Thank you Cascade!

The tech was great..however after waiting almost a month and calling for updates continually I was told that the parts to my stove were unavailable so I thought I would have to purchase a new gas stove..Before I made the plunge to purchase a new gas stove I called back again and asked if there was somewhere else that could help me and so they directed me to Rainbow Stoves. I would have appreciated this information right away and that their was somewhere that might be able to help me...For this reason I was not happy with the customer service. I have a tech coming this Friday after waiting for over a month in the coldest part of the winter without my stove. Rainbow Stoves asked for pictures of the parts and they feel pretty confident it can be repaired. I will know this Friday for sure, as that was the soonest I could get on their schedule. Thank you for asking about my experience and I wish you well as you continue to serve others.

AC went out and everyone I called couldn't help for a few days. I called Cascade late in the afternoon and they were able to schedule next day. Arlene came out and I can not say enough about how awesome she is!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and her customer service skills were a breath of fresh air! Thank you Cascade and Arlene for going above and beyond for your customers! Beyond satisfied!

I used Cascade Comfort for over 10 years, until recently. We had problems with our AC compressor making a VERY loud noise. After the second time it happened, Cascade replaced the compressor and said if it happens again, let us know, and we’ll replace the entire unit. Well, it happened again and, as you can guess from my rating, THEY LIED! I was told the unit wasn’t making the noise when the tech arrived so there was nothing they could do.

I am SO disappointed in the owner Andrew Dempsey. I called twice to complain and express my concerns about the integrity of his company and his technicians lying to customers. I never received a call back.

We used Cascade to troubleshoot what we thought was a serious issue with the a/c in a rental at the RV park that I manage. Their office was friendly and quick to schedule an appointment even as all companies are busy during this hot time of year. The technician, Gabriel, was on time, even early as well as knowledgeable and professional but friendly. He was thorough and patient explaining the issue only turned out to be that it needed a charge. I recommend Cascade Comfort Services to anyone in need of a/c! Thank you for a job well done!!!

We needed maintenance done on our air conditioner. Cascade was highly recommended. Technician Arlene came and did a great job. She was highly trained and professional. From now on we won't call any other company to service our heating/cooling unit!!
