and personable. Called prior to arrival and fully
explained the problem with our unit. We will definitely use this company again.

Ben was awesome, he explained everything he was doing and took care of a few issues. Unfortunately the system needs a more extensive repair. Ben gave me a quote that was reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great customer service, to the point on repairs, won't try to sell you parts and items you don't need just to make a buck. Many companies will try to sell you a completely new unit, where as when asked directly if it would be better to replace to old unit with a new one, the rep stated the old one was fine just needs a few new parts. Items wear out, and if it is fixable then fix it. Not to many companies around like this anymore.

Cascade Comfort Services was excellent and extremely professional. Patrick the repairmen repaired my HVAC quickly and was courteous and professional. I will use Cascade in the future and I highly recommend Cascade Comfort Services.

Patrick the technician was great. Diagnosed and completed job in about 30 minutes (replaced bad contactor). However, was supposed to be at my house between 10:30 - 11:30 am and did not show up until 1:30 pm without contacting me to let me jnow that they were going to be late.

I’ve used Cascade Comfort service for years, and the maintenance/ repair persons are top notch! Cascade also installed my most recent air conditioner and, more recently, a new thermostat. I highly recommend supporting this local service company
