Jeremy arrived at my home within the timeframe provided by a phone call and from the start, I was so impressed. He is so courteous, friendly, easy to talk to, professional and SO KNOWLEDGABLE! Jeremy walked me through the entire process, it wasn't rushed, he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and even provided information that I didn't even know I needed!
