Rick has been our HVAC and plumber for the past 19 years. He installed our air conditioner and heating system all those years ago. Rick is an amazing worker. His skill, knowledge and expertise is astounding. He cares about his customers and cares about making sure the work is done properly. We had the gas company come out to light our pilot light and they said there was a leak and the heater needed to be fixed first. I called Rick and he came right away and looked at our heater. He showed me where the leak was with his flashlight and explained how it was not repairable, and would need to be replaced. He explained the cost and process and the replacement happened very quickly. I really appreciated his demeanor and kindness in giving me the news and in turn, he made a lifelong customer!
