Tom's Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

I needed a freon refill and Tom's Heating & Air Conditioning were able to send a technician out to my house within a half hour. Josh was very polite and professional and was able to check and get my system topped off quickly and efficiently. It was a good price for value, and I would recommend and use their company again.

Called this morning and requested A/C service, ours was not cooling.
Tom's called right back as soon as they opened and scheduled me for between 10-12 same day. Tyler (technician) was on site at exactly 10 and explained what he was going to do. Repairs were completed in 30 minutes and A/C works great. Definitely recommend these folks and will be my first call in the future.

Called them the day before and they set me up for early appointment. The tech Bryan showed up on time was very courteous and wore his mask the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about everything and had no problem answering my many questions. He was quick clean and very efficient. Will definitely be using there services again.

I am nothing but impressed by Tom's Heating & Air Conditioning! These guys are top notch... Barry came out to our place (in the sticks) post haste and gave me several estimates which were very reasonable. Josh and Tucker were able to come out a day earlier than an already early schedule date to install a complete dual fuel system. Very professional and easy to work with - I highly recommend them!

We called Tom's to look at an air unit at one of our offices, because it wasn't cooling. The call was made a little before lunch, and they were at our place a little after 1 PM. The tech was very friendly, and quickly went to work, and made a repair and solved the problem within 15 minutes. The company is very professional, and the techs are clean, respectful, and work quick, without spending time trying to sell you parts you don't need. This is the most professional service company we have experienced in the Fort Smith area.

Outside unit was making a lot of noise, Tom's sent a guy out and he couldn't figure out what was wrong (to be fair, the noise stopped while he was there). He told me just to wait until it stopped working. Well a month later it stopped working and the same guy comes out and tells me he can't get a new fan motor for it and tries to sell me a whole new system. I bought the part online for a fraction of what they told me it would be IF they COULD get it. Wish they had sent out someone helpful.

These guys are great! I had a complete package unit installed and was very pleased with the fair price, prompt service and professionalism from everyone there. Thanks to Josh and Taylor for an excellent job installing and kudos to Barry for choosing the best unit for my needs. You guys are awesome!

Wayne was prompt in arriving at the scheduled time. He has serviced our heating and air conditioning needs several times over the past few years. He obviously is skilled in this business and we have no question that he does expert work servicing our equipment. In addition to finding Wayne a competent service man he is very personable.

Also, Tom's office lady is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

I was new to using toms heat and air. Needed air fix quick and found them in the phone book (yes I still have one). They arrived when they said they would. Found the problem and fix it super quick. Will recommend them to anyone who needs service for ac or heating. Thank you guys so much. This heat is already to much for me.
