Today I was driving from Hwy 59 toward Rudy. When I got to the intersection to turn toward Rudy, I looked and noone was coming. I was in the road when one of their trucks came flying off the hill and started honking at me. I pulled over to let him go on by since he was obviously in such a hurry. He stopped beside me and began to cuss me and ask me if I didn't know there was a stop sign and was I trying to kill everyone. I said I didn't even see him coming when I looked both ways. He sped off and I was doing the speed limit and he was gone. No idea how fast he had to be going. Talk about road rage! If this is the type of employee you have then you will never get my business. Whoever this is driving your company vehicle and, from the other reviews seen here, this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. Complete and total lack of professionalism.

I would NEVER EVER use this business! This guy was cutting in and out of traffic on the interstate, while honking at multiple cars like they were supposed to get out of his way. He was driving like a mad-man with severe road-rage issues. Don't know what this guy's problem is, but I can only imagine what his personality and professionalism would be like while dealing with customers. It is a miracle that he didn't cause a collision!

Their truck just about hit my car. They were honking, driving over the speed limit, I was driving 70 in a 65mph zone, & weaving in & out of traffic. If they have so little respect for people when out in public with their name/advertising on their vehicle I would never allow them in my home!

Had an appointment for warranty work on an icemaker, nobody ever showed up or called, when I called to ask why, I was told that they get lots of emergency calls from others, and they will always have first priority over me, no apology, no polite words..they have never called me back.

Update!! After waiting wks I got my ice maker fixed, Adam was very nice and did a good job. Thanks!!
