Called on Saturday to see about getting our AC serviced. I was told that they would be able to come out that evening but he wasn’t sure of a time. I told him no problem that someone would be home all day & we would be waiting for his call. Nobody showed up & nobody called. On Sunday I called to see if someone was going to be able to make it out but there was no answer so I left a message. It is now Monday & still no tech & no phone call. Horrible customer service!

They installed it very quickly and it was good quality! Thank you so much! Definitely keeping warm this winter!!

Terry was right there when some others said they might be there. Great service repaired my problem on Sat. even though I only called Sat morning!! Will call again if/when needed!! Thanks Terry

Honest dependable they had to come in behind Pettrey plumbing and fix all the PROBLEMS Pettrey caused and the damages Pettrey created from water
damages because Pettrey DID NOT know what he was doing.....Thank you Robert and Derrick you took such a great burden off my shoulders...
