Sadly our experience was not very good. I’ll give them that they come out when they say and seem friendly. However the person we got didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. They changed our compressor out but didn’t fully clean it out properly that it ended up costing us our whole unit. We lost trust in them when we called them out for it still not working correctly and them blowing it off saying it’s because we have a lot of windows and doors being left open from kids. That everything was working well.
Turns out it wasn’t because we had two different companies come out and they both said the same thing. We had to get a second compressor if we chose that route but that it still didn’t guarantee that it would work. Both guys said that the best bet was to get a whole new unit which is what we did. We really are very disappointed that we had to pay a lot for our old unit only to have it broken from a mistake that was made and that cost us even more money.

I called Clayburn HVAC because my unit suddenly stopped working. It was after 5 pm and I had no hopes of reaching a real person. Boy was I surprised when Terry Clayburn picked up. Less than an hour later, he was at my house. He had my unit running again in 15 minutes! Reasonably priced AND great service!

My experience using Clayburn HVACR Inc. and their services has been nothing but amazing. I've been recommending them on my own to friends and family because of the outstanding service they provided. I had a new AC unit installed in a timely fashion and for an affordable price. You can't beat Clayburn HVACR Inc.!

I'm very glad that I came across Clayburn Heating and Air when I needed help with my central unit. Robbert was very knowledgeable about sorting out my miswired furnace system. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.

Definitely a trustworthy business. My AC wasn't working, and being a college student with a family to take care of, I was worried I was gonna have to dig deep into my pockets to get it fixed. I called a few places who didn't have time to come out anytime soon, but Clayburn found the time to come out the day I called. Rob was the technician that came out, and had my AC fixed in less than an hour. He didn't try to sell me a new unit, like a lot of other heat and air businesses, because I didn't need one. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and his knowledge shined. I'm definitely keeping a Clayburn magnet on my refrigerator for the next time I need heat and air repair because Clayburn HVACR is the only company I will trust. Thanks Rob and Clayburn HVACR for everything!

I was very happy with the service and the price to get maintenance on my inside and outside units. They also checked out and fixed a minor issue for me that could have turned into something bigger if not taken care of. I will be using their services in the future, as needed, for any future maintenance or repair options. I really appreciated them!

Clay burn HVACR, was not just there for us night and day, they worked with us to get the job done right and as inexpensive as possible. They always returned our calls or text quickly. They are not trying to make the most off of any one job, their customer service is excellent.

This is a great company with knowledgeable and honest technicians. They will work diligently to troubleshoot problems and make repairs. They have saved me from purchasing a new unit twice! Great people, great customer service and honest hard work.

We’ve called Clayburn HVACR several times over the past few years and have become accustomed to excellent service at a fair price. They’ll fix the things that need fixing and leave the things that don’t! They’ve earned my family’s permanent business.

Got off work and waited for them. They Didn't show up for the appointment. Called them. They said, "Sorry, we got another job. We'll set you up another appointment". They never did. I thought, okay let's give this one more try. Emailed requesting another appointment. They never responded.
