Sadly our experience was not very good. I’ll give them that they come out when they say and seem friendly. However the person we got didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. They changed our compressor out but didn’t fully clean it out properly that it ended up costing us our whole unit. We lost trust in them when we called them out for it still not working correctly and them blowing it off saying it’s because we have a lot of windows and doors being left open from kids. That everything was working well.
Turns out it wasn’t because we had two different companies come out and they both said the same thing. We had to get a second compressor if we chose that route but that it still didn’t guarantee that it would work. Both guys said that the best bet was to get a whole new unit which is what we did. We really are very disappointed that we had to pay a lot for our old unit only to have it broken from a mistake that was made and that cost us even more money.

I called Clayburn HVAC because my unit suddenly stopped working. It was after 5 pm and I had no hopes of reaching a real person. Boy was I surprised when Terry Clayburn picked up. Less than an hour later, he was at my house. He had my unit running again in 15 minutes! Reasonably priced AND great service!

Definitely a trustworthy business. My AC wasn't working, and being a college student with a family to take care of, I was worried I was gonna have to dig deep into my pockets to get it fixed. I called a few places who didn't have time to come out anytime soon, but Clayburn found the time to come out the day I called. Rob was the technician that came out, and had my AC fixed in less than an hour. He didn't try to sell me a new unit, like a lot of other heat and air businesses, because I didn't need one. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and his knowledge shined. I'm definitely keeping a Clayburn magnet on my refrigerator for the next time I need heat and air repair because Clayburn HVACR is the only company I will trust. They also checked out and fixed a minor issue for me that could have turned into something bigger if not taken care of. Got off work and waited for them. They Didn't show up for the appointment. Called them. They said, "Sorry, we got another job. We'll set you up another appointment". They never did. I thought, okay let's give this one more try. Emailed requesting another appointment. They never responded.
