I am so pleased with the work and professionalism of this company. First let’s start with the price. Without naming names, two other popular plumbing company quoted me 40% more than McGinty which speaks to their integrity as a business. Randy coordinated the repairs; he’s very knowledgeable which gave ease to our concerns. Kamron was the lead on our job and he was transparent and thorough in his work, I can’t say enough nice things about him or his coworker, Jorge. I highly recommend them.

We had McGinty remove an oversized HVAC unit that was always short-cycling and had them install a mini-split to cool a semi-detached den. They were on time, punctual, cool guys to deal with. The price McGinty quoted was better than some of the other quotes I received (though not all) but having had them do other work for us, we knew that they would do the job right. And boy did they. I can't recommend McGinty enough.

BR McGinty is the best. They've installed and maintained our plumbing needs for many years. Very pleasant to talk with the office personnel as well as the folks that come do the work.

Chris found the issue immediately and it was an easy fix. This company is always courteous and quick to reply when an issue arises. They let you know about the tech who is scheduled to come out and they keep in touch with you regarding the appointment.

Definitely my now go to. My appointment to get my AC fixed was supposed to be Wednesday, but they got a guy out to my house within two hours of me calling to set the appt!

I have used this company twice and both times they were great. Figured out my problem, fixed it and had a very positive attitude. Big ups to Kevin and Kameron!

McGinty is quick to show up when your AC has stopped working. I appreciate that they send a picture of the repair person that will show up. This helps you to feel safer with a stranger in your home.

As always, the service was excellent as was the repair man. He fix both our issues very promptly. Would not have any other company take care of our heat and air.
